I called May7 th and made an appt for May 8th between 5 and 6 pm, very impressed with the professionalism of whomever answered the phone. I left work early to ensure I would be home before 5pm. I arrived to my home by 4:30pm and waited until 6pm. NO ONE SHOWED OR CALLED. I called the office to inquire if maybe they were running late, I was told that the OWNER said he came to my home and called me several times, left messages, and since I didn't respond he left to his next appt. Completely false, i had no missed calls on my phone and was home by 4:30. The best part my security cameras show no one came to my home...Now i'm glad he didnt show, having read another review. Skip this company!

My marble floors turned orange by my shower, wherever water hit the floor after the floors were polished. I called to report the problem and asked the company to come back out and take a look at what was causing the the floors to turn orange. I had to chase them down. They did not show up when they said they would and I had to make many phone calls. Danny finally came out and said that the floors were not properly sealed after the work was performed. Danny promised that someone would be out on Friday of that week to repair the floors. They did show up on Friday, put something on my floors, taped plastic to the floors and told me not to use the shower. They would return the following week to finish the job. I have made several phone calls, once again, the last 2 days trying to get someone to come out and finish the job and no one has shown up yet. In the meantime I cannot use my shower. The company makes commitments that they do not keep, and does not stand behind their work!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
