+ -1 more"They damaged a $250,000 painting and they are refusing to make an insurance claim. Then the owner called and screamed at me. The man didn't even complete the whole job at first. They had to come back in to fix it and had an attitude. They were very rude. "

+ -1 moreThey kind of misrepresent what they do and they overcharge. They were late. I have to call back a second time because of the moisture. The nature of the floor causes the moisture and they have to come back to make sure all the spots are gone after and buff it. They will not come back the second time if you do not call them. They put you on a plan and they give you a set price what they will charge you but it does not include honing and filling. The price I am charged includes 500 sq feet. I would not recommend them. The owner is very professional, the staff is horrible.
Description of Work: I used Marble Kare USA to polish a marble flooring. They polished the flooring in my foyer, living room, dining room, another area and part of a closet.
