MANNING BROTHERS PEST CONTROL

Very good experience with them. It wasn't perfect, but it was better than an B. They were quality. It took three trips, but it did work. I am not an exterminator. I don't know if it should have just took two visits. There were two people. One person came back twice. It was three different times. The work took six weeks to complete.

Overall good. Just very late to the appointment. other than that all was good.

It was okay. He did okay. I'd use him again probably.

Julio was very professional. He came out and gave me a quote for a beehive twenty five feet high in my backyard tree. Other places I called just gave me an estimated price range, but Julio took the time to give me an exact quote which was very much appreciated. He got rid of the bees and cleaned up the mess. He came out a week later to make sure the bees were gone. I like the fact that they give a 30 day guarantee and were able to do this job before the holidays.

It was alright. It didn't last as long as I thought it would though. I was suppose to contact them back, but I didn't. They were pretty thorough. He was punctual and courteous.

I would not recommend them for rodent control.

A representative contacted me, by phone and by email, in order to schedule the service immediately after I bought the company special on Angie's website. The company's employee arrived on time and did his work. As for the results, only time (or the absence of ants, I suppose) will tell... Would do business with Manning Brothers again! Two weeks later, the large ants were gone, but large roaches started showing up. I called Manning Brothers and they promptly came back to my house. Julio did a great job spraying inside and outside, and made recommendations for future treatments. Thanks to Angie's List, I know which pest control company I'll be using going forward: Manning Brothers!

They came and did a great job. We haven’t had any issues so it seems to have worked.

First service was just okay but the technician who came the second time was excellent and super professional. We requested that he perform all future services for us.

They do very good on pest control. Reliable and very professional.

He did a good job so far and I think he solved my problem. I spent about $175. They never found any critters and he only sprayed the house. I guess that's a good thing.

I was told to have a follow up treatment in one week. When I called to schedule the follow up I raised a concern that I am seeing more live ants than before. I was assured that this is normal. Since they came out on 06/20/14 I am still seeing lots of live ants but also lots of dead ants. I will have to be patient and I will be following up with another review. I also elected monthly service so I am sure that within a few months I will no longer have any issues.

We've had the privilege of working with Manning Brothers for over 3 years now. We started with a one-time service and we've now given them 100% of our pest-control business. They spray everything in our home from the outdoor 8 foot ficus hedges that line our property to the monthly pest-control spray inside our home and EVERYTHING in between. We have NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE with any of their office staff or technicians. In fact, they outdo themselves each and every time. They're the only pest-control company we've ever had that actually notices issues, offers advice on preventative maintenance AND let's us know when a service is not necessary - saving us money. WOW! Who does that? Companies that do that have the loyalist of customers, just like us. Glad to have their expertise on our side and I look forward to working with them in the future on a landscaping project this summer.

They did more than I expected. I haven't had any problems since, and it went really.

They’re wonderful. I had a terrible problem with white-footed black ants. What they did first, the clean out, was expensive. It was $650. But they literally flooded my attic where the ants were breeding. They were up there twice. When they said the amount, I was floored. But then they earned every penny of that. I pay $40 a month for upkeep and it’s guaranteed. If you have any problem, they come back as often as necessary. A couple of months ago, I saw these other little ants that had wings. I called them even though it wasn’t my regular time for them to come. They came out the next day and sprayed the whole place. They did the spraying in the garage, wet all of the beams and insulation. They’re very thorough. I have been using them for about 2 years. I’m satisfied with them.

They were fantastic. The first time, they were here for 5 hours and sprayed the whole attic. They came back one week later and repeated the whole process for 5 hours. About 5 days after that, they came back and sprayed the interior and exterior of the house and that took about 3 hours. A week after that, they came back and dug a trench around the house and they injected the insecticide down. It was very expensive, but when you add up the hours, that’s an extremely great value. Little by little, I kept seeing the ants diminished. I've been on monthly contract with them with 100% guarantee. If you see a bug a day after they've been here, they will come out immediately. About a week ago, I saw 2 little bugs and they diagnosed them as embryonic stage palmetto bugs. I said where would they come from? He opened up the light switch and found some dead bugs and he discovered where they were coming from. He said they are coming form the attic. I said where were they for 50 years? I've never seen this bug. He said while we were in the attic, there were palmetto bugs there and we killed them and these were the eggs that are hatching. They were out here the next day, put powder in the light switch, and did the whole house again all part of the warranty.

They come every month and do the pest extermination, and if they do the attic, which ask them to do periodically, they charge you separately for that.

We've been using them for about eight years. They were here about three weeks ago. We use them on a monthly basis service contract. They are good. They come on time. They do a good job. We have no complaints. They are reliable.
