Sent photos as requested never heard back.

Company only wanted to have me sent pics and they would reply via text. He provided a ball park quote but I never heard back when requesting an in-home estimate. Seems to busy to handle current work volume.

The Job went great and he was nice and fair. I would use him again.

He was efficient and fast, and took the time to answer the questions I had about making small improvements to my house. I recommend him highly and am glad to have his number for future work. I think he is very fairly priced and is exactly the handyman we needed!!

Miguel arrived on time, performed all the needed services quickly, pleasantly and professionally. He cleaned up after himself and was extremely competent. We certainly will use him again when we have anything needing attention. His fee was so reasonable we gave him a well-deserved tip.

Our entire experience was perfect. I called Miguel and left a voicemail, and within 10 minutes he called me back to find out what I needed help with and to schedule an appointment. The night before the appointment, he called to confirm when he would be coming over. The day of the appointment, he was 10 minutes early. He was very friendly and intelligent and quick to diagnose the problems and devise solutions, and he communicated what he was doing along the way. In less than two hours, he had fixed each of our problems and was on his way. I really like Miguel and thrilled I met him. I've already bookmarked him on Angie's List and added his contact information to my phone. If you have any things around the house you need help with, call Miguel first. You'll be glad you did.

Great! I have a standing monthly appointment with Miguel and he does a great job on anything I ask for his help with from painting to pressure washing. Here is a list of jobs I have had Miguel tackle: -Repair hole in ceiling after having a fan moved -Paint dry wall after fixing a leak

He did an excellent job. The windows work like new now. He is also very pleasant to deal with. He does other handyman work, and we will definitely use him again.

Fantastic worker. So smart. Was able to figure out how to correct the kitchen cabinets that would not close. He's coming back in November to design a unit for my bedroom TV.

He arrived promptly on time, did the necessary work, advised me as to what additional work he could do in the future, and cleaned up after himself.

I've used Miguel probably 2 dozen times for a huge variety of repair project, big and small. He is always prepared, on time and with a positive attitude and is perfect for 2 man projects. Miguel works quickly and professionally. Even though I could do these projects myself, they would take my entire weekend and drag out the completion time. I'm better off calling Miguel to take care of everything from hanging curtain rods, fans, lighting, fixing plumbing, repairing bathroom tile, painting, sprinkler repairs, fascia repair, changing locks, hanging doors, and designing and building a built in booth table.

Manuel showed up right on time. Very pleasant man. He found another issue causing our fascia board problem and rather than trying to cover it up he told us what we needed to do. Because of that he reduced his rate for us. He also did some repairs around the house quickly and efficiently. There didn't seem to be anything he couldn't do. He is definitely someone we would hire again in an instant and would refer to anyone needing an experienced handyman. A+++

Excellent job! Miguel is a true professional: He is courteous, communicative, punctual, and extremely talented. He can pretty much fix anything. He is flexible and friendly (we asked if he could do additional jobs after he arrived, and he was able to fit us in). We have already hired him to return in a couple of weeks for a few other jobs.

I used Miguel several months ago and again today, and once again he was on time and very professional. He does an excellent job and his rates are very fair. I am very happy and will continue to use Miguel for our handyman needs.

Excellent. Couldn't be happier. Miguel once again proved he can do anything. We explained how the landscape design would be, and he set up a robust, unobtrusive, thorough sprinkler system. It took him two days, and the price was fair. He is a gentleman, punctual, clean, and a pleasure to work with. We plan on using him often. Highly recommended.

I have used Miguel before, and once again he was on time and did a great job for a fair price. Everything he put up is level and secure. I could have done all these jobs myself but it would have taken me three times as long. So happy I called him!

Miguel was very responsive from the very first phone call. After I sent him the pictures of the items to be fixed he provided an initial quote. His cost was true to the quote. He is very detailed and meticulous in his work. It doesn't hurt that he is very punctual too.I would definitely use his service again . Highly recommend him.

After the initial contact via cell phone, he responded the same day and quoted by seeing the photos I sent to him. His initial quote was $750 less than the big company I had asked for a quote earlier. The wait for a free appointment was well worth it. He reassessed the damage and found it to be less than we thought. We agreed on the repairs, he went straight to work, fixed everything to our??satisfaction and even gave me some really good pointers for the questions I asked him. Came in even under the initial estimate. A great handyman that I will recommend the family and friends!
