Excellent job. He arrived a few minutes early as coordinated in the phone call the night before. Very knowledgeable and did a great job. This is the second job Miguel has done for us. Highly skilled and honest as well as very reasonably priced. Leaves your home clean when he is finished. Best deal in south FL.

Miguel was friendly and professional. He confirmed our appointment the night before and showed up exactly when he said he would. He did an amazing job and even cleaned up the work area. The price also came in under what had been originally quoted. It was an extremely good experience.

It went Great! Miguel was congenital & professional. Had given a rough estimate from pictures In text. But turned out to be cheaper. I was very happy with his work. We set a date for work, called the night before, called the day of,, on his way. Will use Miguel again.

He cleans up the work space and incorporates my final decision before nailing or cutting. I would not have trust cutting my brand new coffee table to anyone else. He tells me up front if he can not accomplish my decorating designs and I schedule my appoints in advance.

Not good. He does not know how to quote. He seems to quote by the work. In reality he charges $250 by the day. 4-6 hours. He expects you to have all materials ready even when one does not know how an issue will be fixed. Did not want to spend time shopping as part of the work. He left a mess of unused paint in the middle of the den, which dripped and stained the tile. Also VERY rude and unprofessional after I argued the price. Left me hanging with the remaining work as if I was the one at fault.

Fair until the end, then badly. He did a good job on those interior things he did, but did not finish the list. The tile repair was not done. Exterior painting was fine. He communicated reasonably, and worked when he said he would, except when it rained, and then we had to deduct that he wasn't coming. We had two roof leaks. He told me the whole roof should be replaced. I told him the roof was 11 years old, so I wanted to know why he thought it should be replaced, so he said he could coat the shingles in the areas of the leaks with either of a couple of products (not specified). So I asked what the coating products would be (I am a Class A builder in Virginia. I am almost 70 and have been in construction a long time.) His response was that he has been doing this for 30 years. I replied that I have been doing it much longer than that, and I still wanted to know the details of what he proposed doing before we agreed to it. He then replied that he could not do my roof work. I would have to find someone else. After that he never responded to any of my texts. He was adequate, but I would not use him again.

Miguel arrived promptly. He is very knowledgeable. He did a fantastic job. He left our home spotlessly clean. Very reasonably priced and honest. I highly recommend him and will definitely contact him for our next repair.

I got them from Angie's List. It was not a standard sized window, so they made one for me. They were good. They did a perfect job. They responded within a day. I would definitely use them again. They seemed pleasant enough. The screen is still there. So far, so good.

Miguel was punctual, professional and did a fantastic job at installing 3 interior doors and removing 3 mirrored walls replacing it with drywall. Absolutely no doubt who I'll be calling again.

Miguel replaced a rotting exterior metal door with an unfinished wood door. He had to drill holes for the door knob, the hinges, and install the doggie door. I spoke with Miguel a few times prior to ordering the door and doggie door to confirm that they could be installed. He even assisted me with suggestions for stain and polyurethane. He really took his time, and the door replacement looks amazing. Miguel is very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Miguel is simply a jack-of-all-trades. He was very prompt in answering my initial inquiry and asking for pictures and measurements for the job. He scheduled the work days, arrived on time, and was very professional. I was especially impressed that he included me in the direction of the repairs. I cannot believe he was able to level my sagging 20 ton shed. It had a good 15 degree list, and I thought I would need a crane. He accomplished this in half a day. He was also able to repair and replace several sprinkler heads in my system. All working to perfection now. He is a very personable and honest worker. I plan on calling him again!

Spoke to him on phone and he wanted to know what I needed done. I sent him a number of pictures and a detailed list of what was necessary. He said he would look at it and get back to me with a price or come over and estimate the job. Needless to say I never heard from him again. I tried getting in touch but absolutely no response. If that is how he starts a potential job I assume he will leave you hanging in the middle of a job. Typical Florida handyman. I see all the reviews that say he did good work but have to wonder how many are true. Behavior like this does not just happen but must be a patten. Beware!
