Miguel was great. He communicated and arrived a few minutes early. He repaired an area of drywall/stud that was bending outward. He aligned an exterior balcony door that wouldn't close and lock properly. He fixed a closet door that was falling out of the railings. He caulked around the kitchen. He cleaned grout in the shower and cleaned surrounding drywall near shower door. All together he charged $135. I recommend him and will call him again in the future.

Miguel was prompt and professional in both scheduling and execution of the work. Would absolutely utilize his services again!

Miguel’s work is impeccable! He arrives early and works diligently to complete everything that needs done. He had the window blinds installed in no time, and then moved to the outside jobs—painting the fence and power washing the front driveway. The blinds look great, as does the newly painted front fence. And now that the driveway has been powerwashed, it is ready to be sealed, too. Highly recommend Miguel and his work!

Miguel came to my house and installed a water heater timer. He was on time and professional. After installing the timer, he cleaned the general area. I will differently hire him again.

We found Miguel Perez from Angie’s List. Based on hundreds of good reviews outweighing a few bad ones, we decided to hire him. We started off by texting and sending him photos of things that needed to be done around our house. He responded very quickly and gave us the estimate almost right away. He scheduled us a week after (due to his busy schedule). He arrived on time on the scheduled date. He started his work right away. He’s very hard-working, efficient, and most importantly we could tell he’s keen on everything that he fixed for us. In addition, you don’t have to worry about cleaning up afterwards because he does all that for you. He took care of our house (newly painted) as if it were his. It’s so hard to find a handyman who is skillful, punctual, responsible, efficient and cleans up afterwards very neatly. We will definitely hire Miguel again. And, we highly recommend him if you are looking for a good handyman to work around your house.

Total unprofessional company, the owner was unacceptably rude with no manners. I sent him a quote request for various handyman’s projects, he replied asking me to contact him directly to his email address. Then he asked me to send him pictures of what it needs to be done, I told him that I had several projects and I thought that it’ll be better if he can stop by for a more accurate estimate. He replied that he’s too busy and it’ll be a waste of his time to drive there.... Wow, what such a professional customer service!!!!

Mr. Perez was on time and did excellent work. He seems to be able to repair anything and I recommend his services highly.

It was such a pleasure to have someone work on your home and actually care about the quality,appearance and your overall home. We had just had our house painted and Miguel ensured that when he completed the installation of lights and fans all gaps where filled and paint touched up so that when he completed the entire project it appeared that everything had been there as original fixtures. We will defiantly being asking Miguel to help with other special projects we have planed for our home. Thank you Miguel!

Miguel was super. He was here on time and got the job done and cleaned up. The cost was very good. For the sink he was here when he said he'd be, but I had purchased the wrong sink. I had to order one that would fit. He never charge me for his time lost coming here twice. I would and/ have recommended him to my friends and neighbors.

Great! Miguel does excellent work!! I contacted him, discussed briefly what I needed done, and he set up an appointment for me immediately. He arrived early and was very thorough about his work. I plan on calling him for other projects I need completed in the future, in fact, we have already discussed a few of them.

price was fixed, date was arranged. He insisted on cash payment. I agreed and asked for a receipt. At this point he cancelled the job. I have all texts pertaining to this. I have the right to a receipt, he seems to work in the dark

Miguel took care of numerous projects and to-do items I had accumulated around the house, and did all of them well; everything looked really good when he was done. Many of the ½” brick pavers cemented on top of my sidewalk became broken and dislodged over time due to contact with lawn edgers; it looked awful, and was unsafe to walk on. My paver design is no longer made, but Miguel was able to track down a substitute that works just fine. He rebuilt the damaged sections in the sidewalk using about six dozen pavers, now it looks right again! Miguel did repairs around a window, replacing damaged drywall and using joint compound / mud to rehabilitate the window opening all around; installed caulk and mud to close spaces that existed at top border of kitchen windows and door. He replaced two pieces of rotted-out fascia board along the roofline, installed my new dryer vent, re-cemented a roof tile that had come off, replaced the handles on a sliding pocket door set, fixed a sticking closet door in the bedroom, and reinstalled a piece of trim under the dishwasher that had been knocked loose. He also removed numerous runs of cable and wiring left over from old cable tv and alarm installations, and patched all the holes. This was a very positive experience for me, and I plan to call on Miguel again for other projects that come up.

I have called Miguel, told him about the project, he said to text him the information, and he will call me back. I am still waiting for his call. Some handyman doesn’t understand the most important thing about a business is customer service. A quick text or call, let the customer knows what’s going on would be perfect. I was looking for a great handyman to do some remodel around the house, guess you lost that opportunity.

Miguel showed up ahead of schedule. I showed him what I needed done, and he took care of all of the tasks. He repaired one window crank and replaced the other one. Cut and installed foam insulation pads with a precise fit. Fixed the threshold problem without replacing it. I will call Miguel for future projects as needed.
