Miguel takes pride in his work and did a great job. He is very skilled and seems to be able to repair anything. He is also very friendly, professional, punctual and came prepared with a full truck of equipment. His fees are very reasonable--he charged $280 for 7 hours of labor plus materials. We are definitely hiring him again!

Miguel Perez arrived on time. He was very pleasant and nice to deal with. He did a great job. We have already asked him to come back and do some more work for us.

Miguel did a great job with everything. The paint job and nursery furniture turned out beautifully and all repairs were well done. Miguel is very efficient and diligent with his work. During the several hours he was working, he didn't even take a break. On top of the quality work, his prices are reasonable and he's a really nice guy. I will definitely go to Miguel for any future repairs that we need completed.

He was punctual, skilled, a hard worker and I felt I could trust him with any job.

Miguel went to the house and evaluated what needed to be done to repair/replace kitchen cabinet door. He was able to re-hang the door by purchasing new hinges and securing them to the door and cabinet.

Miguel was organized, on time, and worked hard to handle multiple repairs with the tenant. Would use him again.

Miguel was amazing. I could not be happier with the work he did. He is also real honest about what he can and cannot do so you know if he says he can fix it he will. On top of all the little things he took care of our main entrance has a double door that rubs up against the other door. I've lived with that for 10 years. Different people have had different ideas about what is causing that in the past without being able to fix it. Without me even asking he got on his ladder changed some screws and it was fixed in minutes. He really knows what he is doing. I can't thank you enough!

The owner of M&P showed up on time if not early. He was ready to get to work. We toured the areas of concern and he quoted me a price plus cost of material. Within a few hours the doors were back to new. You could not tell that they were previously damaged. Not only was M&P on time but he was fair, efficient, clean and most importantly a great person to do business with. I am in the process of moving and plan on using M&P at my new house.

Courteous, prompt service. I called on Thursday and he was there on Saturday morning fixing the problem. I am a landlord and he coordinated with the tenant to get into the property and fix the problem. He provided pictures of all the work that was completed.

Happy with his efforts and follow through.

Miguel called me back within one day. Couldn't come for 2 weeks,but was there when he said could make it.. Removed mail box,dug a new hole,and replaced mail box. Cemented it in. I would use him again.

Miguel answers his phone, shows up when he says he will and completes the work in a timely fashion. He did a super job and is a hard working friendly person. In fact as soon as he finished with the task at hand I promptly hired him to do 3 more projects. A+++

He did good quality work for less than I thought I was going to have to pay someone.

Miguel is extremely accommodating and patient. He is willing to do whatever. I gave him a to do list and he worked quickly and independently. He was patient with me when hanging curtain rod as I wasn't sure how I wanted it to look. He's nice and he does quality work. He's a clean worker and wants to please his customer. I have plans to use him again. He comes with a box truck which is his workshop on wheels. He had all tools needed, etc. Great experience!!

Cannot rate the service higher. Tops in all categories above. Collaborative! Honest! Tidy! Quoted a price per hour. Never wasted a moment. Miguel was able to plan, measure, and install a wall of ten (10) antique etchings that needed to be hung symmetrically and equidistant from one another ~ a complex job. Not an issue for Miguel. Installed shelves with added reinforcement in order to support heavy objects. I am so very pleased that I have asked Miguel to evaluate major work at my primary home. In short, none better!!! Five stars!!!

Miguel was great form the first phone call. We made an appointment and he called the day before to confirm. He showed up right on time and was able to complete the work in a very timely manner. He is very courteous. I highly recommend him!!

It went very well. Miguel was very promt and curtious when talking through the project. He showed up on time and call prior to his arrival. He did great work with the closet design I currently had. Overall he did a great job installing the hanging rod, brackets, and top shelf.

Miguel was hired after reading here that he had a truck (more like a mobile workshop, really) and those bahama shutters are cumbersome. He had no objection to loading them on and delivering them 10 miles away, for a very reasonable fee. I got to like Miguel after the little chat we had during the trip to and from the paint shop. So I offered him the job of replacing the awful fiberboard toe-kicks in the kitchen and master bath-room with tile. He did a great job and it makes all the difference in these rooms. Miguel is honest with his schedule; he'll come on time when he gives a date or will say so if he can't make it before such and such day. To me this is most important to have someone you can rely on, rather than being given the run around with promises and excuses for days and weeks. And it doesn't take away from his level of skill either. I have already other jobs in mind for him to do, so needless to say he's highly recommended.

First, answered all calls. Arrived on time, clean, detailed, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Installed a pocket from scratch. Open wall, move studs, move wires, install frame, install door, close up the wall, install handle, cover up all screws and clean. all in a timely manner and good price.

Miguel was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and efficiently and explained in detail what work needed to be done and what work was unnecessary. I plan to have him do additional work on my driveway, roof and terrace after we have some drier weather.

He met me at the property, then, advised on his assessment of the painting and cleaning of the mildew in the bathroom. Then, he also recommended that he check if there is a leak. He waited for a rainy day to go and check and then completed the work in the bathroom. Turns out there is no leak and I appreciate his thoroughness in recommending and checking this. I can rest at ease knowing he is there to any job that is needed in the house.

Overall I would give this company a 10! The man that came to our house was so nice and helpful. He was on time and very efficient. He was able to fix everything and did a great job. This would be the only handyman I would use. He did a lot of tasks very quickly which I really appreciated and the price was great! Very friendly guy who goes over and beyond to complete each task at hand. Very reliable too.

A great experience. I called Miguel to repair a broken window. Since it was near the front door, it was an emergency. He came over within the hours and had the job done by 11am! I recommend Miguel for any handyman jobs you have. He was polite and professional.

Miguel met us in advance of the job, inspected and estimated the hours needed. He arrived promptly on both occasions, and efficiently tackled all jobs. He was pleasant and extremely helpful and we would be happy to use his services again.
