The job to be done was the repair of several concrete cracks. Miguel texted me several times and asked for pictures before accepting the job to make sure that we both understood all that was to be done. He has a busy schedule but was able to fit me in 10 days later. He texted me again the morning before he was to do the work to confirm the appointment. He arrived two minutes early and ready to work. He assessed the situation, discussed the repair and left to purchase some additional materials that would be needed. When he returned, he went right to work. He had all the necessary tools, worked skillfully and carefully, and kept the work area clean as he was working. The quality of the repairs was excellent and the price, which included materials, was very reasonable. Miguel is also very personable and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others and call him again in the future.

excellent. Miguel showed up on time. i had all the parts needed for all the jobs, which he thank me for. He had no issues with any of the projects given, and he cleaned up after each task. I had him for the entire day and found a few other items for him to hang for me. he first quoted $500 but charge me less since I was organized and had everything available to him and thanked me for that. I would hire him again as he was able to do any job I had for him

Miguel arrived 10 minutes early and quickly assessed the necessary work and got straight to work. The work was of high quality and was completed far quicker than I had imagined. The price was extremely reasonable and I certainly would have no problem recommending him.

Mr. Perez arrived right on time and ready to work. He assessed the scope of the repair, discussed the repair solution and the bill of materials with me and then left to procure the necessary items. He returned quickly and went right to work. He had all the necessary tools, and even had a backup when one tool's battery needed recharging. He was skilled, keep the work area clean as the job progressed and made an excellent recommendation which improved the design of the repaired walkway by eliminating a step obstacle! The finished product was first quality and he cleaned the repair area perfectly. I was delighted to have found a true professional for this and all my future home repairs!

be We scheduled 10am start time. Miguel was on time and eager. We started with 2 small projects -- baseboard repair and hanging shelves. He completed both, asking questions to confirm that we were on the same page with placement, etc.. He left and we realized that we had a few other items that he might be able to help us with. He returned within a few minutes. We asked him to take a look at a dripping disposal. He assessed that we needed a new one. He ran out to the store, bought a new one, brought us the receipt and installed the new unit. We appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to be flexible.

Miguel is a can-do kind of person who reviewed what was needed and got to work. He had all the tools and skill needed for carpentry and offered good advice and quality work. I already have two more projects planned for Miguel.

I had a leaky running toilet making a mess. Miguel showed up the same day and installed a new toilet because the current one was old and it had many broken parts. He was prompt and Did a great job as always. I am a property manager and know a good handyman when I see one.

Miguel texted me with pricing information and said he'd be available Sat. I called him once my husband got home because he had some questions for him. They had a normal conversation about estimated length of time for project, how it works if he needs materials etc and left it at "my wife and I will discuss this and she will get back to you". I texted him an hour later that Saturday would work, he wrote back no longer available and can do Mon 6/22. I said if he has anything earlier come available please let me know. I also told him I was upset he let my appointment for Sat go before I got back to him. He then texted he is not taking jobs until July. I told him I was going to reflect my disappointment in a review and he said "please". There you go Miguel, your welcome.

Miguel was such a pleasure to work with and his work is exceptional. I got his contact information from a neighbor and I feel very lucky! He arrived right on time. He knew exactly what needed to be done and had all of the materials we needed in his truck. He had no trouble fixing everything that I asked in an efficient manner. On top of that, he was very nice and left everything cleaner than before! I can tell that he has the knowledge and experience to fix just about anything that needs to be done in a house. I highly recommend him and I look forward to working with him again in the future. If you have something that needs to be repaired, this is the person to call!

We bought a house about a year ago and had a long list of 'handyman jobs' to do. While my husband can do them all, he simply doesn't have the time. We choose Miguel because of his reviews and his price is reasonable. We can't say enough good things about Miguel. He is great, which show in how booked up he is. You have to schedule ahead for him. Miguel shows up on time and is prepared with materials and tools and has a great personality. He honestly evaluates the problem and job to give you realistic answers. Miguel works independently and is fast. He is by far the best handyman we've ever worked with or heard of. And he is very pleasant to work with. A huge plus. Over the past 2 months, we've scheduled Miguel for about 5+ days of jobs. We have referred him to family and friends because he is so good at what he does. If you have things for a handyman to do - then do yourself a favor and choose Miguel.

Mr. Perez came out on time as scheduled and was very efficient in going through the list we prepared before the visit. I appreciate his discretion with the tenant as well. This person was difficult to deal with and he handled it very well. We will use him again.

Miguel came right on time. He replaced old kitchen faucet and garbage disposal, which we bought few years back but never got to change them by ourselves! Then he changed three bathroom exhaust fans and repair water damaged wood outside the shower. He hung a heavy picture frame of our daughter's artwork! Last but not least he sealed two windows from where the water would come inside whenever it rained. Overall we are very satisfied with his work and definitely hire him in the future!

First a summary - Miguel is a knowledgeable handyman and does very good work. He was punctual on most the days but did cancel on me last minute when I needed him most, blaming it on me over text message which was very unprofessional. The parts I didn't enjoy about working with him were his negative comments. He has a lot of strong opinions about everything! And health issues. All the days he worked for me he had a horrible bronchitis and was coughing all over the place. Next, he had an opinion and story about everything and was discouraging me about getting any farm animals. Mind you, I bought a house here to Southwest Ranches IN ORDER TO GET farm animals and I hired him to build me a chicken coop and potentially a barn for my future animals. So I didn't want to hear about how horrible goats or pigs are, how destructive dogs are how they ruin your land, and how all chickens get eaten by predators like his did, and I'm really asking for it, etc. It was too much! I just wanted him to stop talking and get to work. When it came time to build the chicken coop, he did not want to take the time to read the instructions that came in the box and did it his way instead despite my encouragement to read the instructions carefully. I caught the errors while reading the instructions and they cost him an hour or two to undo and then re-do the work. And after it was all done and fixed, I got the comment "See, I told you I know what I'm doing!" as if he hadn't had that big issue which cost him (me) hours. I will end with a positive statement that he's a good handyman, but he comes with a big ego, strong opinions and his personal stories about everything. For these reasons, I would not hire him again and also due to him cancelling last minute and then blaming it on me via text and not willing to speak by phone.

Miguel arrived on time to our scheduled appointment. He did all the work in a professional manner. The work quality was excellent and I would hire him again to do work.

The hinges were installed upside down so the pins are constantly slowly falling out and need to always be pushed back up into the hinge. Thank you fir your response. I now understand about the hinges. The door was white, it needed no painting.
