Chad Gray was my agent as a first time homebuyer and I am so thankful to have had him on my team! He was amazing and even recommended/provided me with my loan officer, who was also amazing. On multiple occasions I have ventured down the home buyer road and working with Chad was a dream come true. He was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, professional and patient. Chad Gray was the listing agent for our home in Fort Lauderdale and he helped us find a larger home for our growing family. Chad is a wonderful real estate agent. He gave us great advice, was patient and worked hard to help us. While searching for our new home, we came across quite a few agents that made us so happy that we had Chad on our side. We were disappointed to see how many agents were late for appointments and/or uninformed about the house they were trying to sell. Chad has become a friend of our family and we recommend him wholeheartedly. He's just wonderful.
