He was amazing! Not only was he able to install a brand new, highly secure lock and door handles on my back door, but he also came back the following day to install the same lock on my front door so that my key opens both.

Although it was not an emergency, Mr. Levy arrived within two hours of my call and was a few minutes early. He is knowledgeable, personable, careful and neat in his work. He had all supplies needed in his truck so there was no waiting while he went for or ordered parts. He gave a flat quote as soon as he saw what was needed. He worked quickly, but took his time to be sure the locks worked perfectly making fine adjustments so the locks aligned perfectly and worked smoothly.

Mr. Levy cam at 8:00 at night to help us. Front door lock was broken and needed replaced. He gaver us several options as a replacement and helped us find a good solution. Will defintiely use him again based on his commitment to good service 24/7.

Levy came on time,exactly as he said he would. He Installed a deadbolt lock. We also had a discussion of some of the other services he does, such as installing a wide lens peep hole in the door that allows you to see out while standing far back from your front door. I like the fact that he can be reached 24/7. A good number to keep when you need a reliable locksmith.

I called the company and he said he could be here within the hour and he was. He tackled the problem of replacing three locks. Originally I had just wanted them re-keyed but he explained why this was not possible as they were all different brands/types of keys. So the locks were replaced. At one point, he had to touch up where a plate had been with paint. He came back a few hours later to put the new lock with door knob on as the paint had to dry. He was professional and proficient.
