Landscaping Solution and Tree Service of Broward

I am a first -time homebuyer and was excited about hiring Jose. Jose and his crew did a good job with landscaping my new home and I am pleased with the work however I must comment on post work. I initially spoke to him about what I needed done and my vision. I believed we were on the same page. For example, I initially discussed removing all the mulch however he left some of the much. We discovered that I needed new sprinkler heads and agreed on a price and had them replaced. He had to adjust them because the ones placed in the front yard were too powerful. He adjusted them the next day so that was reasonable. However, he laid new sod that his dying in one corner of the yard. Being the professional I would have though he would consider the placement of the sprinklers to ensure enough coverage. We discussed how we wanted a tree trimmed in the backyard and that was not met with our satisfaction. I contacted him the next day and he assured me he was on his way that was about 8A. We waited 4 hours before contacting him after not showing up and he gave the excuse he thought his crew was there and would call us back. He never contacted us back and we kept calling and he would not take our calls. Please keep in mind at this point I had paid him cash for a completed job. I gave him a tip as well. I had to threaten to post a negative review for him to respond to my phone calls. He did finally show up and take care of finishing the tree. I was never issued an invoice which I have asked for 3 times and have yet to receive. I even considered using him again. I am highly disappointed in his lack of follow-up. I would suggest if you hire Jose please do not pay him until he has met all of his obligations with the job.

They did a great job, were here on-time and and were were professional. They were an A+ provider to work with.
