 + -1 moreEverything went very well. Mr. Landis is very professional and is a stickler for details. His crew of 7 arrived on time and completed the work as agreed upon. His price was fair and the workmanship was excellent. He personally visited the work site numerous times while the work was being completed and this was on top of a very skilled foreman that was on the job continuously.

 + -1 moreLandis Roofing did a very thorough job and cleaned up every day after working. The roof looks great and we're totally happy with the job. We plan on having him do the other half when our finances are in better shape.
Description of Work: We had pretty bad leaks in our tile roof, with water coming down in several places in the back of our house. We called Joel Landis and he came out promptly, inspecting the roof and giving us a quote that same day. Instead of telling us we needed a new roof, which is what we figured all the roofers would tell us, he gave us an alternative, less expensive suggestion: coating it with Elastomeric. We loved the idea but couldn't afford to have the entire roof done at this time, so he worked with us to do the half that was leaking.
