+ -1 moreAbsolutely the worst. Pool installed in 2007 and I am spending 200k to fix literally everything. Leaks, hollow PT, tile all fell off. They cut corners during the recession and I ended up with a nightmare today. Never will I use them again. Picture is of the removal of hollow Pebbletech down through the poorly applied gunitte (sp?) below it. The tile is new as the original tile fell off. Never complain but I am spending a fortune to fix some really bad work.

Description of Work: Lagasse Installed a new pool at my home. Their in house designer drew the concept drawings and coordinated the permit process. The Lagasse personnel were easy to deal with, courteous and prompt. The owner of the company visited the job site from time in an effort to assure a quality outcome. | |Mr Lagasse handled a problem with one of his subcontractors and favorably resolved the issues I had with their work quality. | |All in all Lagasse is not perfect but they produced a quality design and turned that design into an amenity that my wife and I are very pleased with. We would recommend them to anyone that wants a swimming pool at their home.

+ 0 moreLaGasse did a wonderful job. They took about 8 weeks from when they submitted the permits until we could jump in. Chris listened to our ideas and delivered exactly what we were looking for. We are picky people, and to Chris' credit, he was patient and explained everything to us. We are in the process of buying a new house and are already planning on calling LaGasse to help redesign the existing pool. we have recommended them to other people, and will continue to do so. They are not the cheapest pool company out there (which is why I gave them and quot;Band quot;), but you know what they say . . . and quot;you get what you pay for.and quot; I have hear horror stories from several people, and can say that you should be able to rest at ease if you choose LaGasse.

+ -1 moreLaGasse seems to work primarily through subcontractors, so the quality of different stages of the work varied considerably.. The final result is fine in both appearance and function, but it's only been in place a couple of months. LaGasse's subs did not always work well together or with other contractors, the subs did not keep their work areas clean or remove all debris after the work was finished, and the job took much longer than projected. This might be the norm for local pool construction, but prior experience elsewhere in the country were smoother, quicker, and more reasonably priced..
Description of Work: LaGasse's subcontractors constructed a small (8'x8") decorative pond with lights and recirculating pump and 3 related concrete walls.
