If you are considering hiring this company, be cautious. Their accounting office may double bill you months later, and their charges in the field are not clear. I paid this company just to get rid of them. Their accounting office is the most unpleasant people I have dealt with. They are not reliable even outside of the hurricane season. They left me hanging for three days and were upset when I called them to service my generator. Their field representatives are polite and understanding if you can get them to come out and address your concerns. I hope people will read this review before hiring them. Just a heads up, I am not in this business; I was their customer and I am speaking from experience in dealing with them.

Being a new homeowner of a ranch in SE Florida, admittedly my learning curve has been steep. So, when I needed my 2012 Generac automatic home backup generator serviced, I turned to my go to: Google. As expected, I found multiple listings and thankfully KPB Services Company International, Inc stood out based on information provided by the business and excellent client reviews. Pam, the company’s representative, walked me through the process including educating me on the importance of servicing the generator every six months. Pam emailed me the estimate in 24 hours and scheduled the service for the following week. Malik, the company’s owner’s son, texted me 30 minutes before he arrived within the scheduled window. The equipment survey included over fifteen individual inspections of various parts documenting multiple data points with the generator at rest, running with no load, and running with a load. Malik’s review of my generator’s health and the education he shared with me, I felt well taken care of and worth every penny. I liked them so much I am on their maintenance plan. KPB Services were very thorough and extremely nice to me. They took the old oil from the generator and disposed of it correctly. They cleaned up very well. My contract includes them coming every three months, after a hurricane, or if I call them for service.
