+ -1 moreThe customer service was very good, excellent. I would tell someone that they owner is a very personable guy and takes the time to explain things. He's doesn't gouge you price-wise. He does what is necessary, but he doesn't try to upsell you on any work that is not needed. His name is Wilkins.
Description of Work: They had to clean the condenser and actually add freon. I was down a couple of pounds of freon in my condenser.

+ -1 moreIt was approximately $300.00 to put in the new air conditioning vent (the extra vent in the bedroom) and the condensate pump was also around the same price. I think it was around $300.00
Description of Work: He installed an extra vent in my bedroom for more comfortable living. He gave us an extra air-conditioning vent, put that in. He also put in a condensate pump, a brand new one, into the exchange area where the water expels outside.
