The pro came and I paid them $4,700 on the first payment, and $4,200 on my 2nd payment, they did not finished the job and did not have the license to do fencing, also they did not provide the permit to do or to install the fence from my county, they just told me that they will get the permit once the project started but i get it myself and paid $80 for it and they did not come back to do the job.

After spending hours going over the design and placement of your fence based on my professional recommendations, you still chose to go against my suggestions. With no surprise to me, you were not happy and demanded I change to what I suggested to you and your fiancé MULTIPLE times. This is not my first rodeo in these situations and knew in that moment I should have walked away from this job from the start. Your job was complete in December. I have documentation that you liked the job and just wanted the front redone, which I did at no additional cost to the way I suggested from the beginning. You pulled the permit I had in the city to replace it with your own. You are a con artist. Coincidentally, I can across your moving company and found out you tried to do the same thing to them. Not only are your words not true, you also tried to steal the money back you paid me by falsifying a fraud payment which is illegal. Do not do work for this woman, you will regret it,

They came out took a 50% deposit and did nothing else for weeks. when they did come out they didn't come with everything that was needed, did not do a professional job and did not finish the job. They wanted the rest of the money and we paid them most of it and told them they would get the rest when the fence was done. Instead of coming back to do the rest of the work they called and threatened my husband. Never have come back to finish so we finished it ourselves. Would never recommend them. They are out of Ft. Lauderdale Fl. Not Miami Mo.

First off, we want to thank you for doing business with us. As we both know, our company did not cash your check until the day before we started your job. As we spoke about on the phone multiple times, your job was in queue for starting after the multiple jobs that were ahead of you. As you know, there was a monster storm that came through your area and destroyed many fences, not just yours. Without a doubt, I gave you the best price you could find. Adding anything additional will cost you. That’s life and there are no free rides. Except of course all of the landscape we removed as a courtesy for you. That was definitely a free ride, but a lesson learned to try and help inconsiderate greedy folks such as yourselves.
