JERRY'S SEPTIC TANK SVC

We used Alligator Septic 18 months ago. We had to call again this week. They came in the morning and then said that their truck was full and would have to return. They are the first to appear as a search on Google. However, be forewarned, they returned hours later and tried to bait and switch me with a useless up-charge to power wash the inside of my tank. Instead of the $350 they quoted me over the phone it went to over $800. Really? to power wash the inside of my tank? I'm just going to put feces back in it. BS, and it kills the beneficial bacteria thereby just creating a fancy port-a-potty. Their drivers are paid on commission. They are encouraged to up charge you. Guess what, Jerry's Septic came out and emptied it for $325 in less than 15 minutes. Shame on Alligator for bait and switch price gouging, but my sincerest appreciation to Melissa and the young man at Jerry's who came out and far and above exceeded my expectations. He was intelligent, courteous, and quick. I would recommend Jerry's to anyone and maybe I'll even stand out on a corner with a sign saying how great they are and how they helped me not to be price gouged. Regards, Glenn Harmon

I have used this company before for my septic tank issues. This time around I had so much trust in the Jerry's septic tank employee that I paid for my service before completion of the work due to time constraints as I was not able to stay and oversee the remainder of the work. I returned to my property to find the work left unfinished and the employee left with my check in his pocket. I am waiting to see if my check will be cashed while my work remains unfinished.

Jerry was fantastic! Friendly and most important, he made the process easy. I had a couple of companies quote me, but Jerry was the only one that gave me several scenarios that worked for my project.

They did a great job, responsive from the beginning. Came out and gave me a fair estimate for the work the same day. I hired them and they pulled a permit right away and began work within the next couple weeks. They performed the job very quickly, in only 2 days. Exceeded expectations. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and I can honestly say this is one of the first times I've had a positive experience with someone who seemed like they wanted the job and really tried to make sure I was happy with the service performed. I will never hire another company to do septic tank services other than Jerry's.

Jerry and his team were very knowledgeable, friendly, honest and caring. I had an excellent experience. Wasn't charged for extras, didn't try to sell me something I didn't need, and spent the time to inform and update me on newer toilets/plumbing. I will refer them to friends and clients, and use again myself. A++++ experience!!

Jerry replaced my drain field 25 years ago and since then, I have only had it pumped once...it is still working great. I left a message on his service on Sunday; he called Monday morning and had 2 very nice, professional fellows out an hour. They pumped and left with a smile; Jerry called, which was nice, to check that I was happy. Great service!

The best company out there for this work. I used another company and will never again. Jerry and his employees are the best. Friendly and the best customer service. They go above and beyond. You will regret using anyone other than Jerry. I used another company for my drain field and have had nothing but problems with it and its only 4 years old. Jerry's crew came out and fixed my issue. They also have saved me from spending even more money down the road. If I could give more stars I would!!!

I showed him the spot where the septic was located and he dug down to a rock covering the opening. He looked inside the tank and saw that it was not overflowing. He asked me to flush each toilet separately so he could see if each flush properly drained into the tank. They did. He took a measurement of the depth and said that the septic was in not full, rather it was nearly empty; and that the drain field was in good condition. My only charge was $50 for his trip out. I was so happy that that there was no problem. He was very nice and very honest. I will keep his number forever for the future and I highly recommend him to everyone.

I called him and he quoted me because I was supposed to put in a septic tank and he said that I need to put in two septic tanks. I said that there is only two people living in this home so why do I need two pumps?He said that is what we need and we ended up costing to $3000. I said it was awfully high. The I called another plumbing company and they said that two pumps would be for when I am in a hotel. For a home with only two people, it is not necessary and the price is almost half. And they are working here right now.

They were excellent. He came out the next day and actually pumped it to see what the problem was. He didn't charge us for pumping and said that it was a drain fill problem. He could have charged me for the pump out evaluation and the drain job like every other companies do. He did the job like in two days and worked the whole day. He was very professional and patient. He explained the whole thing to me. I contacted another septic company because they were the ones pumping out my house when I bought this house. When I called them to check if they kept anything in the septic, they refused to even talk to me about it.
