He came out a couple of times. I was working with him and all of a sudden when I asked him to disclose his fee, I never heard back from him. He never responded to my email after that. I was really disappointed. It was really weird. I know a lot of people in my building who have used him too which is why I went with him. He suggested that I use a company for my appliances and said that I would get better prices - I would get his price, but the pricing ended up being higher than the suggested retail price which we know we don’t pay for the appliances, we always pay less. When I asked about the price being higher he said they had added on their fee and that was why I would be paying more than the suggested retail price. I told him that he had told me earlier that I would get a discount and it would be lower; so he said that I should go ahead if I am to go on my own, and I never heard back from him. He was personable. I would not use him in the future.
