What a great company this is. Jack answered my phone call the instant I called him and provided a quote within a couple of days. The guys that came out to remove the shed were punctual and professional. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I was very impressed. If you are thinking of demolishing your shed or anything else and having junk hauled away, call Jack's right away!

They did a good job, but my main concern was this price. The deal was unclear regarding what was "one piece" of furniture so I had to pay more on top of the deal to get the work done. Overall, they got the work taken care of, but I would have appreciated some clarification regarding the cost.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I called and Jack answered the phone. I told him what I needed done and he gave me an approximate estimate over the phone. He said he could do the job and we set up a day he could do it. He and 2 other men went to work with a jack hammer. I really could not believe how hard they worked and for so long. There was so much concrete to be hauled away Jack decided to be safe and not overload the truck. They came back another day to finish the job. I would not hesitate to refer this company to anyone! All three men were courteous and hard-working. Completely satisfied.

Jack was extremely quick to respone to my messages. He was punctual and well equipped to offer answers to my questions. I will certainly keep him in mind for any future projects.

This was our second time using Jacks Junk Removal in the last month.First they came to our house and now this time to our family business. Went great !! Jack and his team showed up ON TIME and ready to work. They cleaned up so good our warehouse looked new again after. It went awesome !!! They were extremely accommodating and came late morning Saturday. They had all the tools to correctly disassemble and dispose of the screen enclosure. I have used them in be past for a renovation clean up and they continue to impress. Very organized , professional and efficient company. The company owner Jack even called to follow up right after and make sure all went well and my wife and I were happy.

The guys were prompt, courteous and did a great job in removing the shed and all the debris.

Jack and his crew are great. I called Jack at 7:45am to inquire about a quote and he met me at the property by 8:40am. They started the job within an hour. They are very nice and professional, something not seen much today. The vinyl floor removal ended up taking much more time and energy then anticipated, but Jack honored the original price. I was so pleased with the job they did and gave him another smaller job at another property. Don't hesitate, they are the real deal.

Jack did the estimate over the phone, called ahead and showed up on time. Incredibly professional crew and a couple of really nice guys which is pretty rare these days. From start to finish, the communication and work performed was fantastic. I will definitely call Jack again in the future!

I had an appointment for Jacks to give me an estimate for a job on friday , I had told the scheduler on the phone was for monday- he said ok. I wanted to have two broken up wall units a king size bed and a sofa taken out of a new apartment.The guy arrived to give a quote and acted like i had a HUGE job and told me that he could not do it monday...i said well that is when i need it done - and he offered to take a sofa... for 85 bucks- it felt like a a bit of a flim flam... he takes 85 bucks for almost nothing... and leaves me high and dry... He told me he would get back to me in 2 days if he could schedule my job... like i was going to trust him to even get back to me... well he did and then my pile of trash was " an easy job that could be done in a snap" I called the Junk Professor - they are totally AWESOME - for beginning to end PROFESSIONAL!

I needed a storage shed emptied. Some of the items in the shed were kept, and they were patient in bringing out the items I requested individually so I can decide what to do with them. They even removed the opossum (humanely) that took residence in the shed. It took about 3 hours to complete, and they swept the interior. Well pleased!

The work was conducted very efficiently and professionally. They called in advance, were on time and the guys were great to deal with and were very friendly and accommodating. They avoided damaging any walls and doorways. They completed their work in less than four hours and swept the house because it was empty when they were done. Anyone with a need to remove large quantities of personal property should consider Jack's.

Had a 10AM appt. on Sun. Jack called to say he was running late since he had a flat tire on the large truck requiring commercial service to fix flat. He apologized profusely and was only 30 min. late. I was home anyway so it was no problem. Jack and his crew were polite, efficient. I asked him the cost of moving my daughter's furniture (platform bed, dresser, desk, nightstand) upstairs and was given a good price and will use him for this at a later date.

Very responsive, scheduled an appointment the following morning. Showed up early with a big truck and 5 or 6 guys. They removed the items and swept up the dust left behind under the furniture. I think they did an excellent job, could not have been scripted better. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew.

They were very good, very clean and very thorough. They were very polite and courteous to my children. They were very aware of the dog in my home and made sure the doors were closed behind them to keep him inside. They did a good job cleaning up. Very professional. He did estimate that the job would take 3 days and the job only took 1 and a half days and the initial bid was not adjusted down. The price was based on 3 days of labor.

These guys were amazing and went above and beyond my expectation. First, they squeezed us into their packed schedule as I was going out of town and my wife was going to be home alone with a puppy that kept wanting to squeeze underneath a disgusting boat canopy on the side of our newly purchased home. They quoted me a competitive price and gave me a discount on top of that when I said I wanted to check with my wife as there was a thought in my mind that I could do it myself. Jack said, "She's going to go with it but I want you to feel comfortable so I'm going to reduce it." (he was right - my wife thought the original price was a great deal for the work to be done). The crew was clean cut and worked in the 95+ degree heat to remove the boat canopy including a good amount of plywood and metal structure. When I brought them a few bottles of cold water, they not only thanked me but proceeded to sweep out my garage and driveway (which they were working next to but the mess in these areas was from our movers not them). After removing the canopy, they cleaned the entire area removing raking and looking for any screws or nails that had fallen out of the structure. I would definitely hire them for any clean up job or removal.

John and an assistant arrived on time and spent a couple hours (in temperatures over 90) loading remodeling debris. They worked fast and took no breaks. When they finished loading the truck, they swept the patio clean.
