Jack's Junk Removal

My experience with Jacks was great. I called them and Jack came out the same day and gave me a quote on the spot that was much lower than any other quotes I had received. We scheduled the work for Wednesday at 9am and his team was there right at 9. The guys were professional, worked quickly, and cleaned up meticulously after. I was extremely pleased with the service.

Jack is a real find. Courteous, prompt and fair pricing. I would recommend him for any removal job.

Great experience. Jack responded quickly to our call. When he arrived we discovered water in the hot tub. It hasn't worked in years. I have no idea who filled it. We all know that it doesn't work. There wasn't enough time to drain and complete work. So Jack set another date. But he called yesterday to say he had time. His crew arrived and immediately began draining the hot tub by hand. Then they were working on removing the side panels. It was quickly and they cleaned up the area. Many thanks to Jack and his crew for an excellent job. If the need arises, we will definitely call Jack. We highly recommend Jack and his entire crew.

Service was fantastic. The guys called ahead, were on time, and got the job done in about 2 hours. They were very professional, courteous and went above and beyond cleaning up where the hot tub used to be. I would absolutely recommend them.

From the first call, Jack was courteous, respectful, professional, and honest. I knew taking down a rock climbing wall was most likely an odd request for him, but he set up an appointment to come look at the project and give me an estimate. Upon seeing it, he was confident that he and his team could do the job, and gave me a very fair price. Originally, the plan was to have it done about two months after the original consultation, but it turned out we needed to be out of the space sooner, and thankfully Jack was able to accommodate the much earlier date. On the day of the tear down, Jack was punctual and seemed like an excellent project manager. He stayed for the entire job, helping and overseeing his staff of 5 men, who worked hard and quickly. Jack put me at ease the whole time, assuring me that he and his team were going to get it done--and they did! I am so grateful to have found Jack's Junk Removal, and I hope I have reason to use them again in the future.

I am very pleased with my experience. I needed a swingset removed from my property quickly in advance of an upcoming sale of the property to a buyer that did not want the swingset. Jack's quoted me based on a photo of the swingset and sent me photos demonstrating the job was finished 3 hours later. I did not even need to be there! I am very pleased with Jack's Junk Removal's responsiveness and professionalism and would highly recommend for a similar need.

This is definitely an A class service in the hauling business. Customer service contacted me right away to book an appointment. There was no messing around. The crew called me when they were on the way. They showed up early, followed basic instructions as I am in a gated community with strict rules and hauled the trash away. Since I had so much trash, I will be gladly calling them back once I accumulate more demo debris.

Terrific! From the friendly responsive phone conversation with owner, Jack- to the interaction with Jamie and Eddy. I could not have been more pleased and impressed with the service. We started with construction debris and then appliances and then more debris. They called in advance to confirm arrival then were prompt and professional as they hauled everything in the truck. An added- and very much appreciated bonus- was they swept up after each job. I didn't expect that at all but was very grateful.

Jack and his team demolished 200 ft of very stubborn 1960's concrete fencing and a patio slab from my backyard. The crew was punctual, pleasant, professional and meticulous in their work. Jack responded immediately to my request for an estimate and all subsequent communication. The project was more complicated than anticipated but Jack and his team completed the job perfectly and on time....even with unexpected rain making an appearance! Every inch of debris was removed from the yard. The team went above and beyond to make sure that my patio and furniture were clean when they were done. Definitely exceeded my expectations! I've already received a quote from Jack to clean out my garage and look forward to working with him and his team again soon.

They showed up on time, stayed wthin their estimate, cleaned up and provided assistance on tasks that went beyond the hauling services we engaged them to perform. Very well. Got the machine down without damage to machine or people. Crew was early to the job site and got to work right away. Payment was easy, crew was polite and efficient.

Everything went great. This is the second time I have used JACKS JUNK REMOVAL and both times I was completely satisfied. Both times were a pleasure to do business with them. Pleasant on the phone, made pickup date , called before they came to let me know approximately what time they would be at my house, did what they did with no problems. I contacted Jack in the morning and he came promptly the same day. I told him the items I needed removing and he said that the worst case scenario for cost was $250, but that he might be able to lower the price when he saw the items for himself. jack and his assistant removed a medium-sized (but heavy) entertainment center, a dining table and 3 chairs, a long coffee table, an old 32 inch TV, and a couple of boxes of junk from the shed. He charged me $135 which I think is a great price. Jack and his assistant were very friendly and professional. I would definitely use them again.

When I called to inquire and to schedule an appointment with Jack's Junk Removal Corp. on Monday, I was provided with options based on the estimated volume and type of debris and the associated prices for those options. The gentlemen with whom I spoke was both informative and courteous. I scheduled an appointment for Thursday. The 5-man crew arrived on time with an impressive 30 cubic yard truck and all the necessary equipment to complete the job. The crew was prepared, professional, polite, and began work immediately. The crew completed its work quickly and quietly in a very organized manner. After loading the truck, the crew meticulously cleaned up the area with rakes and brooms. I highly recommend Jack's Junk Removal Corp. The price was right and the work crew was prepared and professional. This is a first-class operation that is committed to excellence and customer service. I will use them again.

I found this company on Angie's list. I checked out their website and Facebook page. I called and left a message. Jack called me back immediately. He was at my house the next day. He gave me the quote on site. Great price. Within a couple hours I got a call the job was complete. These guys did excellent work. Clean and fast. I would highly recommend them. These guys run a great demo/removal operation.

We originally contacted them to inquire about haul away and the prices seemed fair, but we learned that it was very different than just getting a dumpster. The full service of doing all the demo and hauling it away without having a dumpster sitting outside the townhouse (which could lead to issues) for days or weeks seemed very attractive. The time that our handyman would have taken doing the demolition would have been at least 3 times as much, so for starters, we saved time. They demolished 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, the whole kitchen cabinetry, tile from the two bedrooms, baths and living area, closet doors, removed popcorn from all ceilings and cut some drywall. They estimated it would take 3 to 3 and 1/2 days. Considering that we would have had the Holiday of the 4th in the way if they took more than 3 days, they did what they had to do (and brought as many people as needed) and the job was finished before the end of the day on the 3rd day. They did a great job all throughout.

They said it would take two hours and even with a few extra things I wanted thrown-away at the last minute it still took just under two hours.

Jack's Junk did an exceptional job. Making the appointment was simple and they called and confirmed the day of. They were right on time and the employees were exceptional. They truly know what customer service is.

Even though mine was a small job, I had it scheduled for the next day. I had previously contacted a more famous company but their prices were exorbitant for a small job like this. They came on time and quickly hauled away my junk.
