The crew came right on time and well prepared to remove a Hot tub from a very tight area. They were very professional and made the job look easy. Would differently hire again for removal and demolition.

Hired Jack's Junk Removal to empty out and haul away the entire contents of our garage, which had, in effect, become a storage room for years of old and unused junk. From my first call, through the estimate process, through completion of the actual job, everyone associated with the company was helpful, responsive, prompt, and professional, and the job was completed quickly, cleanly, and within the estimate parameters. A great company, providing a much-needed service at a very reasonable price.

I spoke to Jack who was very professional and gave me a quote of $295 - $395 to haul away my hot tub. Jack said that they would call me when they were enroute to my house. My purpose for meeting them in advance was to get an accurate estimate for the job. I never got a call and when I showed up, they were already dismantling the hot tub. At this point, I'm committed to having them complete the job without knowing the cost. The guys did a great job and were very professional. At the end, I received a bill for the maximum amount, $395 minus 10% for Angie's List customers. My only criticism is the fact that I never received the phone call and never received an estimate prior to the job.

I called Jack the day before Christmas Eve. He responded to my message right away, sent a team over to provide me with a free estimate within 3 hours of my call, and removed all my construction debris from my back patio within an hour. Him and his team are professional and overall nice people. I couldn't have been happier with the service and how pleasant they all were to my mom and I. I highly recommend them!

Called them Saturday morning and they were able to come out the same day. They were able to remove the hot tub and cleanup all of the debris. They were very careful not to damage anything even though it was a very large hot tub. Very happy with their work and professionalism.

I had two entire bathroom full of disgusting, heay and messy demolition debris. These guys came out exactly when promised ready to take on the job. My budget was a little tight and they made it happen. 5 guys arrived in a large dump truck and had everything out of site in less than an hour. Thanks for working with me Jack. Excellent!! I have worked with Jack on 2 jobs now. The first was removing and hauling away the construction debris and old appliances from my daughter's third floor condo in May/June 2016. I then hired Jack to remove all the existing tile (about 800 square feet) on my floors, clean the mess and haul away the debris. The job ended with about 5 guys working on the job. Excellent work, excellent service and VERY customer friendly. I would hire Jack again.

I emailed him photos of the project and he was able to give me a quote. I called him in the morning to schedule the job. He was able to complete it that afternoon at 2pm. I'm very happy with the service and to have the stuff removed! Very professional and I would recommend this company.

I highly recommend using Jack's Junk Removal. After my initial conversation with Jack he provided me a quick and fair quote. We had originally scheduled the work to be done the following week but I need to reschedule on him twice due to other construction delays at my house. He was extremely nice and accommodating about the reschedules. When we had a firm schedule date he showed up with helpers on time. He worked along with his team to ensure everything was completed on schedule. This was a big project with a lot of manual labor involved so we were extremely impressed with how quickly they were able to get everything done. They left the work area very clean. Jack was a pleasure to deal with and we will certainly use his company again.

I can't say enough about Jack's Junk Removal! This is my second time using the company's services and remain impressed by their professionalism and impeccable customer service. Jack and his team helped me clean out the garage at my parent's home....35+ years of items! They were patient with me as I walked down memory lane and helped me decide which items to keep and which items to toss. After the clean up was completed the garage was swept clean and now looks amazing. I look forward to working with Jack and his team again soon!

Both times they were very prompt and courteous. They were careful not to mark up walls or floors when they carried things out. I would definitely recommend them.
