Jack was super professional. He had an unexpected delay on the scheduled day but called ahead of time to apologize and reschedule. Fair price and quality work. I would definitely use him again and refer without question.

The crew arrived on time as scheduled and hastily completed the task. They were professional and helpful. I recommend this company to anyone with items to be discarded.

I would recommend that you tell Jack you have more than you think because you would be surprised at how much room your junk takes up in a truck. We had a full truckload the first time and we thought it would be a half load. The second time we had a half load and the truck was about 3/4 full. The third time it was about a half truckload and Jack was very nice to us about the pricing. He brings workers who pick up all the junk and put it on the truck and you don't need to lift a finger.

They provided very excellent professional service (Fast, good price, showed up on time, cleaned up). You can call them and you don’t have to worry about it anymore.

Jack came by to see the amount of trash to be removed. He said that his guys would come out the next day and remove it. The guys showed up 30 min. early, which i though was good. They worked hard and got the job done. Everything was left neat and I was very happy.

I found Jack's Junk Removal on Angie's LIst as one of the recommended contractors for hauling junk. I had an old deck in my back yard that I wanted to get rid of and I didn't want to do it myself. I called the company and I spoke with Jack, the owner. He gave me a date and time when he could come out and see the work that needed to be done. He came to my home as we agreed, looked over the job and gave me an estimate and the day and time he would come out to get the job done. The day of the job he called me to keep me informed of his schedule, he arrived with his team on time, did the work we agreed to and even a little more. I was very impressed with his professionalism, dedication and customer service. He did everything he could to make sure the job got done right.

The owner and assistant arrived on time, made a fast estimate and proceeded to do the work quickly and thoroughly.They took a sofa, love seat and smaller couch from the house and cleaned the garage. They were polite, careful and very professional. Left the garage broom clean as advertized. I would recommend them or use them again without hesitation.

Superlative service: polite, professional, prompt. When I first scheduled the appointment, I was provided a 30 minute window. The morning of the appointment, I was called to confirm and provided a 10 minute window; they were in the driveway within that time frame. Their estimate was a few dollars higher than another service I called, but the professionalism on the phone convinced me they were the best choice. I was right.
