Jack's Junk Removal

We called in the morning, received and estimate over the phone, and they were able to perform the work the same day. Jack's crew of 5+ gentlemen showed up right on time and were exceptionally professional and competent. They removed the wood from around the hot tub, then removed the fiberglass hot tub itself, capped off all the electrical, and cleaned the entire area. I am thrilled to see that eyesore finally gone, I dont know what took me so long to call Jacks! I am so very pleased with their work, would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to call Jacks again for any future jobs!

Great service - would recommend. I had just remodelled my kitchen, so had the old cabinets, sinks, countertops and debris sitting in my garage. I priced out getting a dumpster - got a quote for $625 from Waste Management for a 20 yard dumpster - which was larger than I needed (their smallest size) - then I discovered Jacks Junk Removal - for $250 they came, and loaded all the debris into their truck - and even swept up afterwoods - I have my garage back and saved almost $400 over getting a dumpster and didn't have to load it up. Great service - they gave me a phone quote of $150 to $250 - and honored this at $250, tricky for them to quote without seeing exactly what I had to dump. Very please guys were courteous and polite - would recommend and will use again. Jack even call an hour or so after the job to confirm I was happy with everything.Rem

I called Jack's Junk removal and got a telephone estimate and we arranged for a pickup 2 days later. They arrived when they said they would (big plus). I had two old leather couches I wanted removed. I thought it would take an hour with a lot of hassle. It took only 15 minutes! So my 17 year old couches were gone!

Jack's crew showed up exactly on time. They were exceptionally professional and competent. The fridge proved to be a handful (I'm not exaggerating about the weight...) but Jack's crew managed to get it out of the house and loaded up in the truck in a safe and efficient manner.

This is a great junk hauling company! The truck was at my home within 24 hours of the call and on time. My favorite part about this experience is: the guys were neat, clean cut, English speaking, courteous and quick. Additionally, I am a woman who was home alone when these men came to pick up my things. At all times I felt very comfortable with them. The estimate we got from Jack was comparable to others in the market and after the 10% Angie's List member discount, lower than others. We went with Jack largely because of previous reviews on Angies' List. Jack was very professional, courteous and most importantly on time. From start to finish, everything started on time and ended well before I expected. They did a great job in hauling away two truck loads of old furniture and old appliances. Overall, a very painless process. I will certainly use them again.

Jack did the estimate and pushed his schedule to take care of me the next day. They called ahead and showed up on time. They did everything and a few extra things we discussed in the estimate and didn't charge anymore or hesitate to take care of all of our needs. The crew had a great attitude and very professional. Florida 89 degrees and at least 95 degrees in that attic. No complaints and it took 12 hours to get it all cleaned out. I felt so sorry for those guys. They were troopers and stuck to it. No extra cost for the over time and I refused to take the 10% discount they offer because they did such a great job and work so hard. They had all the tools and will power to get the job done. Stellar job. Cleaned up everything and we must have said a hundred times how great a job they were doing and we look forward to having them out again when we start the remodeling. I will use these guys every time. They rocked.

I was unfamiliar with Jack's company, but after reading all the glowing reviews on Angie's List and then speaking to Jack, I made an appointment for the Saturday before Easter. To be honest, I was nervous when no one showed up at our appointed time. When I called Jack, he was surprised to hear that, so he made a few calls and called me back to tell me his men had gotten delayed at a previous job. He was very apologetic and when I said I wasn't able to reschedule for later that day, he offered to come himself the following day, even though it was Easter Sunday. I agreed and the following day he showed up on time (actually, a few minutes early) and was extremely personal, professional and quick. He did an excellent job of clearing my stuff and afterwards, he cleaned up the area even better than he found it. Despite the false start, he made everything right, and I highly recommend his company and would definitely use them again.

We have a property which was abandoned in awful condition. My handyman cleaned the apartment but once we were able to get the garage opened, there was a lot of junk left behind. This company met me there on time and was done and completed the job quickly and efficiently.

The work was excellent. The arrived right on time and went to work. The spa was still full so they borrowed my water pump rather than just pull the drain plug to control where the water went. Once it was drained, the simply turned it on it's side and rolled it around the pool and out of the back yard. They even went back and cleaned up all the dirt and debris that was under the spa. The whole process was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

A few seconds after I sent Jack and email requesting an estimate, he called me to set up the time! That for me was a great indication that this man was a professional. Jack came out to my home at the appointed time, looked at what I had to move, told me it would be 1/2 a truck load and gave me a quote. In addtion, he gave me a 10% discount as an Angie's list customer.. Today, Jack's crew, Juan and Nick came early to the job and got to work right away. They immediately removed the dresser and TV from the house then set about to clean out the garage. In the time it took me to clean the floor where the old dresser had been, this powerhouse crew had the garage nearly done. Once all the junk was loaded on the truck, they proceeded to sweep out the garage. It looks amazing. Juan and Nick were polite, friendly and very professional. Their work ethic does Jack credit. I look forward to hiring Jack again for my next project in a few weeks.

Jack was amazingly quick about responding to my query email and phoned me within seconds of my sending the request. Jack came to my home on the day appointed and gave me a quote for the job and a time his crew would arrive. Jack's crew, Juan and Nick, arrived early and got right to work. They removed the items from my home first so I could get the floor cleaned. By the time I was done with that (about 10 minutes) they had the garage nearly all cleaned out. Once the junk was removed they swept out further debre so the garage looked amazing!

Jack arrived for the estimate at the exact time agreed upon. He quoted the job and arrived with his three men and two trucks on time. They worked for the entire day removing all the furniture and equipment left behind. His men were both courteous and anxious to please. Some of the equipment pieces were bolted into the floor and difficult to remove. They never complained, but just kept working. Finally, one of largest machines was too large and heavy to fit on the two trucks. Jack returned the next day with more men and another type of truck. This one machine took about three hours to remove. They cleaned up really well when they finished. Most importantly, I offered more money as it was so time consuming and Jack refused and stuck to the exact price on the estimate. I can't imaging finding another junk removal company who operates this professionally and I will definitely use him again in the future.

Jack himself came and removed everything for recycling. The experience was excellent. They were very easy to do business with and very easy to schedule. They were very responsive. It was a huge wall unit. His price was very, very competitive. One of his guys called and canceled so he wasn't punctual but it wasn't his fault.

Saw the ad on Angie's List and sent an email-got a call back within the hour or less! Gave him a rough idea of what I wanted to get rid of, he gave me an estimate based on what I told him and we made an appointment for a few days later. The original time was for 1:00pm but I got a call saying he was unexpected delayed and could we do it after 5pm or any other time of my choice-I opted for getting it done today. He called me to say he would be here within 40 minutes-he was- which was when I found out the unexpected delay was his assistant leaving him hanging. I felt bad about the pile I'd had ready thinking it was more than one person moving it but Jack was AWESOME! And he let me use the 10% off for Angie's List customer coupons. No doubts I would use him and/or recommend again!!

Excellent communication by Jack. The appointment was set and he was on time. The three guys were efficient, professional and all wore uniforms. Excellent service. Will use them again.
