This is the 2nd time I used them and they did a great job again.

Jack was very professional and gave me a very decent quote. He arrived a tiny bit late due to some heavy rain, but offered me a discount without me even saying anything. He was honest and polite. I would highly recommend his services and I'll definitely be using him again.

I found Jack's Junk Removal by reviews on Angie's List where he had many great reviews already. I called Jack on Sunday afternoon asking if he could pick up my trash/debris stored in my garage from our kitchen remodeling. He said he could pick it up Monday, and had no problem with accommodating my request for a 5pm pickup time allowing me to get home from work. When asked about a price, from my description he estimated a worse case scenario of $400, but that it would be determined at actual pickup. Rico and John arrived right on time with a truck and large trailer. They were both extremely nice and pleasant to deal with. They contacted Jack to describe the load which they thought may only be 1/2 a trailer load, and came up with a price of $295. I said that was an amazing price and please proceed. They loaded up the trailer to almost full, a lot of the debris being very heavy tile and flooring. During this time they were thinking they may have underbid thinking it was 1/2 a load when it turned out to be a full load, and said that it may be a little more. I actually had no problem with that knowing how much there was, and told them no worries, I'm fine with that. I'm not there to rip them off and I just appreciate them picking up the debris. After finishing loading their trailer and completely sweeping out my garage, they contacted Jack for the final price, and he said to stick with the $295 quote. I thanked them for such a fast, prompt and complete service. After Rico and John had left, the owner Jack even called to make sure that I was satisfied. I was extremely satisfied. I was ready to even pay more but Jack stuck with his original estimate that he made from just a guess. I will certainly use Jacks Junk Removal service again, and I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends and neighbors! Thanks again Jack, Rico and John! Excellent service.

Jack was extremely responsive and responsible. The team encountered a big unexpected challenge in the job, and spent many additional hours getting the job done the right way, without charging for the additional time. They did a great job! I highly recommend them!

They showed up within an hour of the scheduled time and cleaned out the area indicated. They left the area clean and cut back some of the overhanging branches, which I hadn't mentioned to them.

Estimator arrived on time and quoted $495 less 10% off for Angie's List referral. Three-man team arrived on time and cleaned out house, loaded up exterior debris, pavers etc. in about three hours, swept out house and garage, left inside and outside immaculate. We were very happy with their work. They charged exactly what had been quoted, less the 10% discount.

Jack was responsive and timely from the beginning. The job ended up being much more difficult than expected, and took multiple days, but he kept his committent to do the job, and did so efficiently and in a timely manner, and for the original price he quoted me. I strongly recommend using his services!

I had been trying to tear down my wooden shed for 2 days and had gotten all the siding off and a couple parts of the plywood off the sides, but it was becoming too much for me to handle with only myself and my son doing the work. I was afraid one of us would get hurt, so I decided to call a company and have them take care of the demolition and haul everything away as I was going to have to hire a dumpster service for this anyway. I contacted Jack on Saturday around 5pm and he was able to come out the next day to give me an estimate (even though it was Mother's Day). His quote was very reasonable as I had priced out dumpster services and they were $250+. Jack called me on the scheduled day of service and asked if him and his crew could arrive early as they were done with their previous job, that was very professional. A total of 5 men worked 2 hours non stop to demo shed and remove all the debris. They even swept the concrete slab when they were done!!!! I would recommend to anyone to use Jacks Junk Removal!!

Seeing the high ratings Jack got on Angie's list, we called him first and were not disappointed. Jack came to see what needed to be done right away and we scheduled a demolition date. We also ended up hiring him to remove our popcorn ceilings. His crew performed both jobs in a matter of hours. They came later to pick up the debris. They left the place clean and did not leave any footprint in our building. We got our value from Angie's list just by finding him on the site. We are very pleased and will recommend him to anyone who needs his services.

We needed construction debris removed from our master bathroom/closet remodel. Called Jack's and they quoted us price for picking up the garbage. Scheduled pick up with them and they arrived on the appointed day with their workers' and large dumpster/truck and hauled all garbage away. They were hardworking and conscientious in their work and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Jack came the next day after contact to give an estimate for the work. the crew arrived on time on the scheduled day and worked all day to complete the job. the crew was friendly, polite and very efficient. the charge for the work was exactly what was estimated and I was also offered a 10% Angie's list discount. I was so pleased with their work, that i did not accept the discount because i believe it was more work that they anticipated. I was VERY pleased with the price and the quality of the work. I would highly recommend this company.

Everything went well. I wish I had time to go through the stuff beforehand to make the process go more smoothly. I think they underestimated how much stuff I had and had booked another job after me that day. I told them I heard about them on Angie's list and they did give me the 10% discount.

They arrived on time and went right to work .... they knew what they needed to do and did it.... I have no don'ts to reports and there are not examples except our junk was removed in record time.

Very responsive on the phone and kept me well informed of the time they would show up to move the junk. Arrived at the appropriate time, removed the junk (without any damage) and were very curteous in the process.

He did an excellent job. Very professional. Wouldn't even let my husband help him lift anything. He was adamant about doing the job for us. Very thorough, and easy to work with. Would recommend.
