Jack's Junk Removal

It went well. I collected all of the junk from around the house and added it to the junk that was already in our garage, so when they arrived all of the junk was in one place - they just had to hurl it into the back of their big dump truck, but that was quite a job and they were neat, quick and professional. I did not use them for yard waste removal, as that service is provided to me for free twice a year through the City.

Jack was a pleasure to deal with. He and his crew were prompt, clean, organized and professional. Highly recommend.

Jack's service is A+ top to bottom. I can't say enough good things about Jack and his crew. He returned my call immediately to set up an appointment to see the work. He kept the appointment and was very knowledgeable and gave me more than a fair price on the job. I was surprised at what a great quote he gave me. He worked around my schedule to set up the work. On the day of the job, he and his crew arrived when he said they would and got right to it. His entire crew was polite and professional and genuinely a great group of guys to have around. They were quick and efficient, and the quality of the work was excellent. They checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was happy with what they were doing. They really went above and beyond. I would recommend Jack to any of my friends, and will certainly use him again in the future.

I wrote a review and recommended Jack's 3 1/2 years ago; very pleased that there has been no diminishment in the quality of the service over the years. My call for service was answered promptly and professionally. Appointment scheduled for this morning around 9:30 AM. I received a call shortly after 9, confirming the appointment and advising me that they would be here in about 25 minutes. They actually arrived 1 minute late, but that was because they went around the block so they could easily back into the driveway. As expected John and crew were polite, efficient, professional and pleasant.

We inherited a hoarder's house full of trash and debris. I asked for a quote from Jack to remove the entire house?s contents but it would have required 3 of his largest trucks and the price was higher than we could handle. However, I called Jack back because there was one area that was so bad we just couldn't handle it. I was very impressed and appreciative that even though we actually only hired him for 1/3 of the job originally quoted, he was as professional, helpful and pleasant as he had been when discussing the larger scope. He actually was able to schedule the clean out for the day after I called him. The crew was delayed because they were working in Broward county and since the house is in South Miami it took longer than estimated for them to get there and get started. I had scheduled another appointment around the work so that was somewhat disruptive for my schedule. However , Jack and the crew chief kept me informed about the delay and their progress in getting to my job so I have to be fair and include this as an example of good customer service-they didn?t leave me hanging. Once they got there the guys were amazing! They filled the largest dump truck they have available in 2 hours--an entire living room, bedroom and kitchenette so packed that we literally couldn't even walk in. Not only was there junk piled high but the former owner had let a roof leak go unrepaired until part of the ceiling collapsed, so there was drywall debris, broken tile and glass etc mixed into the mess. The work crew was stellar. I've rarely experienced such pleasant, friendly and genuinely nice people--especially doing this type of nasty work on a 90 degree Miami summer day?and I was their last of several jobs on a Friday afternoon. They were truly among the best workers I've ever dealt with. They left the area completely cleared which saved us weeks of backbreaking work in conditions that were clearly a safety hazard. I cannot recommend Jack and his team highly enough. From start to finish they were pleasant, professional and a joy to work with. I will definitely call them again.

His company did such an incredible job that I hired his crew to come back and reassemble my home. They did an amazing job considering they were dealing with an out of town owner with lots of ideas. I trusted them with the key to my home and they proved not only extremely capable but trustworthy and proactive with potential problem issues. I would highly recommend Jack and his crew to anyone who is looking for a quality business!!

Jack quoted me a price to completely gut a condominium in Fort Lauderdale. His price was great, and he did much more work than he expected, but still honored the original quote. When he left, the unit was broom swept and ready for construction to begin. Not only did he show up when promised and remove everything from the unit, he also had every last nail removed from the studs. The work was better than expected, and I would highly recommend him.

This is the third time we've used Jack, twice for construction debris removal, and now to cut down and removal of our large ficus hedge. Jack and his crew arrived on time and quickly removed a very large ficus hedge, then ground the stumps to ground level. His crew was very careful not to disturb the many plants growing near the hedge...quite a challenge...but they did it. They were friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. They cleaned everything up, including scooping leaves out of the pool. They were even were careful to save a little lizard they found on one of the cut branches. Great guys! We called Jack's Junk removal to finish demolition of a coral planter that we tried to do ourselves. Jack responded quickly and met with my husband within 24 hours of the call. That was great, I am always willing to pay a premium for quick service. He came out to the house and agreed to do the work the following day. Jack's crew arrived on time and did the work requested as well an additional request that came up at the last minute. They were agreeable, quick and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and made themselves available to come back again anytime. Overall good experience. Thanks Jack!

They did a decent job on the ceiling. I would recommend them. They were on time. The owner Jack called me personally to discuss things. They were very professional. They were there when they said they would be there. They finished the job when they said they would finish. There were real surprises. I thought that it was pretty cheap; it was a good price. He came with five guys and they were in and out in a matter of 15 minutes. They only charged me $300 for about 2,000 pounds of junk.

Jack's team removed old insulation and debris from my attic. They did a great job removing everything while protecting my ductwork. They kept the interior of my house as clean as possible during the process. After the job was complete Jack followed up with a phone call to make sure everything went okay and that I was satisfied. This is the second time I've used this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great job!!

Well, the first thing the provider did was change the agree service time from 10am to 9am this is because he had other jobs, he wanted to get to other then handling my service. When we arrived at the storage unit and, I tool look in the back of his truck he already had close to half the truck filled with another job! I then told his (2) moving guys that it is best since you already had debris on your truck to take the debris plus mine and dump it so when you come back you will have an empty truck for the move of the desk and credenza. This turn out to be a big problem that need the movers to call Jack and then I had to speak to him. All because he already had debris line up in the truck that took most of the space so my stuff would not even fit at all. This is after speaking to him in advance and explain my situation with him thoroughly. Jack wanted to make me feel like he was doing me an favor when I spoke to him in advance, and I offer a premium price for his service. I had took into consideration that this was something that he does not normally due. This meant nothing to Jack at all why? Would he come to my job with half the truck full of the debris from another job?. Then in my opinion over charge me, for work that he did not complete, and over charge me for the boxes and debris that I put in the truck. I understand that any businessman is trying to make as much money as he can but sometimes you treat repeat customers a little better then you treat first time customers this did not happen for me what so ever. I ask myself why speak to someone in advance about something when still take you, and your business for granted. Jack Junk Removal is in my opinion very unprofessional and over prices.

Well, they knocked it out of the park again. Jack's Junk to the rescue. Public Storage sent me an email. I have to be out of my storage unit in 5 days. They are tearing down the old units to put in climate control units. I'm out of town and won't be back for two weeks. I had family call Jack. I have used them in the past. Jack and the crew showed up in two days and moved everything. They usually don't work on Sundays but as a favor for past jobs they did it for us. As always, very professional with my wife and they get the job done without complaints and make sure we are completely satisfied before leaving. I have and always will recommend Jack's Junk. They are great.

The crew arrived on time. Job was done safely and efficiently. The crew made every effort to protect the area surrounding the demolition site. The crew cleaned up everything when the job was done. I would definitely use this company again!

I called Jack on a Tuesday and he was able to set an appointment for the next afternoon. I explained that I had a 10x 10 room filled with furniture and other stuff that was ruined when our condo was flooded. He told me the most it would be was $295.His men showed up the next afternoon on time. I had decided to also ask to have our refrigerator removed. They called Jack to get a final price and it was still $295. They worked very quickly and efficiently, while working around the crew of painters finishing the repairs on the condo. I was very happy with their work and will be contacting Jack again to empty the rest of the ruin items that were put in storage.

All neatly done, with quality service personnel. Neat, new equipment...clean operation.

I called Jack on a Sunday morning and I had a reclining sofa and loveseat removed by Monday. Jack's employees were extremely courteous and very helpful. It was not the easiest job because the front gate to the townhome is fairly small, however, they were able to remove them. The large sofa needed to be lifted up and over the fence. They did so with no complaints, and with relative ease, considering how heavy this piece was. Jack's prices are very reasonable also. I would definitely recommend and use these guys again. Wish I had known about them sooner!

This company goes above and beyond to remove unwanted items from the home. This is the second time he has worked for us. He is fair, punctual, careful AND knowledgable. This area is fortunate to have his company to hire for the difficult job of getting rid of "stuff". And his trucks are in good condition...thanks Jack and company!

Jack and his team were all over it. They arrived on time, dismantled the platform bed, and hauled away everything in no time at all. They even took away a couple of old, extra heavy planters at no additional charge. Not only were they professional, but personable as well. From my first telephone contact with Jack, up until the very end, they exceeded my expectations- a rare treat in Miami!

I highly recommend Jack and his crew, I recently moved and immediately had renovations done at my new residence. All the moving boxes and demolition debris ended up on the patio. I was having company and needed everything gone-bulk pickup was more than a week away. He called on the day of the appointment requesting to be earlier! Truck arrived at the earlier time, work began immediately by 3 friendly, professional men. In less than an hour, all items on the patio were loaded onto the truck and the floor swept.

Jack was very responsive. He came when he said he would and removed the mirrors and even took some extra things that were left by the contractors. I was not home when he came but he took everything and took my credit card info. Over the phone. I was very pleased with his prompt service and would highly recommend to anyone looking for hauling services.

Jack and his workers were great. I made an initial call to him on Saturday about removing the old recliner from my parents condo in preparation for a new one to be delivered. He said he needed about a day or two for notice. I told him that I would get back with him to firm up the date. I bought the recliner & set up delivery of the new recliner as I coordinated with Jack for a Tuesday pickup. My parents were very disappointed that the recliner could not be delivered on Tuesday. I called Jack & asked if there was any way that he could do it on Sunday if the furniture people could - he said he had a job for Sunday morning but could do it around 1:00 on Sunday. He told me that without any problems or attitude - just a can do attitude by someone that wants business - a refreshing change in S Florida. His workers called me to get the address & showed up promptly. They were both great guys to deal with - even asking how my stepmother liked the new chair! I would definitely recommend Jack's company to anyone and will certainly use them again if the need arises.

Jack was very professional when he arrived to give us an estimate. We live in a hi-rise condo and Jack and his men were very respectful of the common areas and the other residents. They showed up as instructed and quickly removed our tile with little fuss.
