Description of Work: They told me I need new inside the toilet parts. They installed the parts but they cracked the tank in the process. I didn't discover until after they left. They came back out and told me that they could not replace the tank because it was too old and I would need a new toilet which I would have to pay for. I was very disappointed in the service I received and now I have to replace my toilet. I asked for my money back and I received a credit. I will never use this plumbing again and I would not recommend them to anyone either.

Description of Work: They were recommended by by my former building manager. They are professional and on time. |Pricing was high for what they did, I thought. |$450.00 to install kitchen faucet and soap dispenser. |I would have given them an "A", but the soap leaked onto the shelf under sink because it had not been installed properly. |I'm certain they would have come back to correctit. |However my cabinet guy was here and he knew what to do so I had him fix it. |They are personable and polite but you can do better for the money.

Description of Work: Service person showed up on time, evaluated the problem in 5 minutes. He showed me what to watch for in the future and gave me a tips on how to prevent the problem from happening again. He was on time, friendly, worked fast and articulated the fix clearly and quickly. I have had 5 different plumbers over the past 7 years and I will continue to use J and J.
