Mr. John did an excellent job. I am very satisfied with his work.

John took my call and came within the hour to fix the problem. He was very professional and explained what was wrong with our refrigerator. He wore a mask and also cleaned up after himself. The price was very decent. We will refer and call him again in the future!

John was extremely responsive, calling me regarding my initial request for a quote within an hour even though the request was placed in the evening. He was very prompt for my appointment early the following morning. John was polite, courteous, tidy, and extremely fast to both diagnose and fix both my broken dishwasher and to replace my broken garbage disposal. I would absolutely recommend his services if you're in need of any appliance repair!

Johnnie, the repairman, showed up same day that I called. He fixed the problem on the first visit. Apparently, the drain hose had clogged and water was remaining inside of freezer rather than draining into pan. It is difficult to contort your body into a bottom freezer but he did the repair. I called the next day for a follow-up question and he was very responsive.

TOLD THERE WAS A $85 SERVICE CALL CHARGE BUT IT WOULD BE USED AGAINST THE COST OF REPAIR. I WAS ASSURED THAT REPAIR WOULD BE DONE SO I HIRED. AFTER THE REPAIR I WAS CHARGED $160. ADDING UP THE $85 THE REPAIR WOULD HAVE BEEN OVER $200 FOR A PART REPLACED AND SERVICE CALL. APPOXIMATELY 20 MINUTES LATER THE MACHINE STOPPED IN THE MIDDLE AND THEN STARTED AGAIN MAKING NOISE. WHICH WERE THE REASONS WE HAD REQUESTED A SERVICE CALL. NOW THERE WAS A NEW DIAGNOSIS OF THE PROBLEM AND IT WOULD BE ANOTHER $150.

John came the next morning on time quickly found the problem, defroster was not working on our Samsung side-by-side refrigerator, fixed it in less than an hour and a half he was very informative and answered all of our questions was so careful not to make a mess and cleaned up after himself and he’s just a really nice guy, Who by the way wore his mask during this time of the coronavirus

Went very well. Very professional guys. Were able to do the job in a space where others might have been reluctant to accept the work.

John was the first one to call and the most accommodating. He brought the correct part and arrived on time as promised and made the repair smoothly and left no mess. A very nice guy!

John is appears-nice,, but has no service training. He stumbles around communication, states he’ll call — but you have to call him, makes mention of things not being discussed ( like his labor cost continuously), explains the process to be reimbursed for bad parts that he installed (can’t afford his business), never calls to tell you where he’s at with parts (always waiting for the part order, or might consider coming by to look at it again — ‘twontbjustvtell you when he can come by and why — period), texts old-fashioned paper receipts (that you can buy from dollar stores) after the fact (if you beg/ask — he didn’t offer), is sarcastic (constantly asking “don't you know that”, or how old are you (age has what to do with stove tops) as if his business moves the nations GDP needle), and acts angry about calls (does he want his business). I spent $500 to stop a burning element that won’t shut off, and has repeated itself three times since his repair. I had to call and result in arguing to get him to agree to come out again, as opposed to him professionally stating when and why he’d be able to come by again later. Calling to argue and hear stories about ensuring his labor costs are understood is annoying and out-of-line — flippant anger about the part and costs. The element has burned nonstop randomly twice. To keep my home fire free, I’m calling someone else, and have disconnected the appliance’s power source (interim of a new repair). Call a company that at a minimum maintains yourcaddress, your oaymentbhustory, knows basic customer service standards, treats all with respect, and doeasnt talk in circles..

John was Excellent!!! He showed up not only on time but 15-20 minutes earlier than expected.....Very very nice and took care of our issue, he even gave my wife and I some tips on how to help prolong the washing machine....would definitely use again

He had no idea what was wrong. I paid 85.00 for a guess that the vent system was too long. The dryer did not get fixed. Save your money for someone with experience.

It was perfect and wonderful. They were very kind, very helpful, fast, and I'm happy with them.

I explained to John he would have to call GE (which was closed) for directions to fix the washer. He told me he knows everything about the machine, and people call him. Well, he couldn't fix it and the call center was closed, so they couldn't direct him on how to proceed to fix the washer. Ergot: I paid him his full fee (I would have gladly paid him for his gas and travel), but let's face it: The machine remains broken, and it should have waited until the call center was open. He was a really nice guy and showed up on time. However, I didn't need a friend, I needed the machine to work.

Awesome experience. As soon as I clicked submit to request quotes from several companies, John responded immediately. He came to my house within an hour. Not only did he fix the problem, but he also cleaned up the entire area where the work was performed. I give my highest recommendation to this company.

Diagnosed problem with refrigerator/freezer not cold enough. Advised that refrigerate leak meant I needed a new unit.
