Invisible Fence Of Gold Coast

Description of Work: I had hired this provider to put in an invisible fence on my home that had 2 acres and on another home that had about 60 feet for an invisible fence.

Description of Work: We chose this company over a company we had previously been dealing with for almost 10 years. We specifically chose them over the other company because of the training we were assured they would provide. We were very specific with the salesman that we expected them to train our dogs and he assured us the training would not be a problem. However, once installed, the salesman/installer/trainer insisted that one of our dogs had already been trained on the system and we were all set. However, that dog never lived in a house with a fenced yard -- she's a rescue from a family that lived in an apartment building. The dog was so terrified, that she would no longer go in the yard to do her business. She did it on the patio instead. He gave us training suggestions to get her to go into the yard, and he did return more than once to "train" her. But he had to reduce the field for the invisible fence so far back that the system has been useless for us. The dogs still go into the hedges to eat the neighbor's avocados & mangos that fall into our hedge. So we spent over $1700 and accomplished nothing. That said, both Chris & Robert are very personable and seem to want to accommodate us, but here we are months later and no system. We also paid to have flower beds inside our patio wired, but it has never been done because we are afraid it will cause the dogs to not even step onto the patio. I will say that Chris is aimed to please and is coming out next week to see the yard for himself and see if something can be done so that the system is useful for us.
