+ -1 moreEXCELLENT! They were all prompt, polite, and proficient! One man pressure cleaned the first day, and the next day, another man started painting. He lost ½ a day because of rain. He did an EXCELLENT job all by himself. I hired this same company to paint my house back in December of 2008 and was satisfied then as well! My neighbor also hired this company and they are also pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: I had my house painted on 3 sides ( I had already done the back wall, which is low) and realized that I could not complete the job by myself. This included pressure cleaning the house, and a primer before painting. I also had my driveway and sidewalk pressure cleaned. My side walk is big because my house is on a corner inside lot.

+ -1 moreWhen Innovated Painting failed to show up by 10 am, I called them. After being placed on hold for 5 minutes and being disconnected once, I was finally told that the machine had been broken and they would be there by 1-2 pm. No apology was offered. I inquired why, being the first stop of the morning, I was not given a call to explain the situation, and they could offer no answer. Surely they must have known the machine was broken the day before! They again repeated that they would be there by 1pm. I said that was unacceptable, as I had taken the morning off work to be home and had to go to work. I told them not to bother, I would find a company that valued my time more than they did. They made no offer to reschedule at a discounted rate or anything else. I guess they place no value on their customers time or care anything about doing what it takes to get a job done.
Description of Work: I contacted Innovated Painting to have my roof and drive pressure washed after receiving a flyer in my mailbox. They quoted me a price that was $15.00 over the brochure price because my house was slightly larger than the footage listed. I agreed and set a date and a time of between 8-9 a.m. I arranged to take the morning off work to have this service performed.
