I gave this company a deposit of $500 to order my new shutters and install them once they came in. The scheduled day came and passed and they never showed up or called me. I tried to contact them but they never returned my phone calls. I did report them to the BBB and also took them to court. I did win and get my money back, but it was a huge ordeal.
Description of Work: I ordered 16 shutters from this company. They also installed them for me. There were no existing shutters that needed to be removed.

I AM NOT AT ALL HAPPY WITH THE HURRICANE SHUTTER STORE, AS THEY DO NOT CALL YOU BACK WHEN YOU NEED SOMEONE TO CALL YOU BACK. THE OVERALL WORK WAS GOOD BUT THERE IS ONE SHUTTER THAT IS GIVING ME PROBLEMS AND NEED IT FIXED. NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK.
Description of Work: THE HURRICANE SHUTTER STORE CAME TO MY HOME TO PUT IN AROUND FIFTEEN OUTSIDE WINDOW SHUTTERS ON MY HOUSE.

I WAS HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE NICE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. IT DID NOT TAKE THEM A LONG TIME TO COMPLETE THE JOB. MY NEW WINDOWS AND SHUTTERS LOOK GREAT ON THE HOUSE.
