Hugh Turner Pest Control

I seriously cannot recommend Hugh Turner enough. They provide the epitome of customer service. Every person they send out is professional, well trained, friendly and punctual. More than a year ago I purchased a new seasonal house. So service started with inside pest control -- they send the exact same person who knows my house. (Once he saw some water on the floor, and they immediately contacted me to tell me they saw something out of place.) As I've redeveloped the outside/landscaping, I've had an evolution of different needs. They deal with everything immediately -- whether it be ants around the pool, or treating the new ornamentals. They show up exactly when scheduled. They call the day before to remind me they're coming. I couldn't be happier with the service they've provided.

They have great technicians and customer service. They are family owned.

He was supposed to come in November, but he forgot and ended up coming in December which ended up working out fine. I like that the owner, Hugh Turner himself, will come and speak with me on issues if need be. They do a great job.

We haven’t had any issues with pest since we started using them. They are always on time and their prices are good.

Hugh Turner did an excellent job. During renovations, we discovered a carpenter ant nest in a wall of the house. Hugh Turner sent a guy out to spray the area after the structure was replaced, to prevent further infestation. We signed up to have them come and do a perimeter spray of the house. The guy the sent to do this was able to find a carpenter ant nest in a group of palm trees. This was likely the "mother nest" of the ants that had moved into the wall of the house. I was very impressed with this guy's knowledge. He treated every tree in the yard, saying this is where the ants like to live. We also used HT to drill down through the slab and treat for subterranean termites, during renovation. Finally, we used them to tent the house before we moved in, although the tenting was actually done by Dead Bug Edwards. Overall, Hugh Turner is one of the best service companies that I have dealt with in the process of remodeling / moving in to this house. I highly recommend them.

Hugh came out to give us an estimate and I felt very comfortable with his knowledge and expertise. He didn't try to sell me services I didn't need and seemed very fair, price wise. They did our initial service and came back one other time when I noticed some ants. I would definitely recommend this company!

We pay $175 a quarter. They have been reliable, responsible and when we have had problems in the past they have addressed them and taken care of them. If we have an emergency they come out.

The best exterminator i have used.

It was fine. The were punctual and they did what they said they would do. Their prices are usually very reasonable. I was very satisfied.

They are excellent! They say when they are going to come, and if I have an emergency they come right out. They leave me a note when they are done. I would recommend them to anybody.

Excellent. They couldn't have been nicer or more professional. They arrived five minutes BEFORE their scheduled appointment both times. I have now sealed up the house where they pointed out and plan to have them come back for a follow up soon. The $150 covered the initial visit and one follow up. I will pay $35 if they come again. For the amount of time and patience they took in explaining things, I feel it was definitely worth the price.

I HAVE NOTHING BUT THE BEST TO SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THE BEST IN THEIR GAME. I AM VERY HAPPY. THERE IS NO ONE ELSE I WOULD EVER CONSIDER USING.

THE GREATEST THING ABOUT USING TURNER'S IS THAT THEY ARE STRAIGHT SHOOTERS. IF THE PRODUCT WORKS, THEY WILL SAY SO. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT DO THE JOB AS EXPECTED, THEY DO NOT MAKE EXCUSES, BUT WILL FIND A BETTER ANSWER.

HUGH TURNER PEST CONTROL HAS BEEN DOING MY HOUSE FOR ABOUT A YEAR AND I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I HAVE NOT SEEN ANY PESTS IN MY HOME SINCE THEY STARTED.
