Description of Work: Jerry and John assembled a wooden dest and hutch in 6 hours. I helped as an coolant as we filled the steps outlines in the assembly manual.

Description of Work: Outlet and switch repair, replaced gate latches.

Description of Work: I needed to have a range hood and new kitchen faucet installed. Jerry and his helper showed up on time and did a great job installing both. He had to go to HD for some supplies as he noticed my sink was not securely attached to the granite, caulked it, and installed the faucet.

Description of Work: Replaced two faucets. Leveled one toilet. New wax ring for another toilet.

Description of Work: An IKEA bed needed to be adjusted properly because my son didn't know exactly how to put the bed together !

Description of Work: Hired them to hang 5 new bifold closet doors and install about 18 ft of new base board in my living room .I supplied the doors and prepped the doorways so they only had to install. I supplied the base board cut close to size so they only had to mitre the corners nail gun in place and make some adjustment to fit .

Description of Work: I called Jerry to do 3 jobs for me which would have been done in the 2 hour period. They were very nice, seemed professional, and said over and over to me how honest he was. The 3 jobs turned into only 1 job because I did not have extra parts for the blinds they were to hang. He told me he would come back when the parts arrived. It took 2 weeks for the parts to arrive. I called him and he said he would work me into his schedule and he would call me later. I did not hear from him. I called him 2 days later to ask when he would be out. He said he would work me into his schedule, be out on Sat, and call me later. He never called. on Saturday I texted him to ask if we were on for that day to hang blinds. He never returned my text or call. I paid him the entire $130 even though he said I didn't need to pay until they came back out to finish the job. I told him I would pay ahead of time because they did 1 job and trust him to come back out. He said over and over and over how trustworthy he is and honest he is. Well, in my opinion he is neither. Be careful, people.

Description of Work: I needed electrical repair to a bathroom light, patch and paint some holes in drywall, repaired toilet paper holder fixed cabinet door which was loose and aligned refrigerator doors.

Description of Work: - Install blinds in the master bathroom, kids room and guest room - Install door stop - Install shower curtain rod in the guest bathroom - Install towel hang

Description of Work: I needed a wooden shed built. I wanted to build it in a corner of my back yard where two sides of my fence meet so I could use the fence for two sides of the shed. The fence had unusual angles which meant the shed couldn't be a simple rectangle.

Description of Work: Replaced many ceiling light bulbs, including shopping for those bulbs at Home Depot.

Description of Work: Repair to drywall areas that were cut out to reach air duct in the wall

Description of Work: REPLACE AN OPENING WITH BIFOLD DOORS TO ACCEPT A SLIDING DOOR ON TOP TRACK. REQUIRED TO SUBSTANTIALLY STRENGTHEN EXISTING FRAMEWORK. JERRY WAS VERY CLEVER TO DO THE TASK WITHOUT RIPPING AND REBUILDING THE ENTIRE OPENING. NICE JOB!

Description of Work: Jerry pressure cleaned my roof which has the barreled tiles and was in bad shape w/ so much mildew. These barrel tiles require more work due to the detail and curved shape of the tiles.Now my roof looks like it was painted rather than pressure cleaned. I'm going to ask him to pressure clean it again in a year or two to keep off the mildew which is a problem here is S. Florida. He is also very clean, he made sure all of our patio furniture was away from the house to avoid any debris falling on chairs, tables, etc. He also made sure I contacted my pool Co. to "shock" the pool w/ extra chlorine to protect the water from the dirty water falling into the pool. The extra chlorine will kill all the mildew etc. so the water doesn't turn green. The Pool co. confirmed that this is an important precaution. If if wasn't for Jerry's concern to make sure our property was completely safe and clean I would have had a lot of damage to patio furniture and pool. He cleaned up the property perfectly. I received comments from neighbors that they thought the roof was painted and the colors of the barrel tiles look like the day they were installed :) He also replaced old wood planks on our very large deck, and then stained the deck and now that too looks like the day we had it installed. Again, a very clean job, prepping the walls of the house and other areas so the stain does not get on any other surrounding surfaces. With these two huge jobs done to perfection I feel like I have moved into a new home !!

Description of Work: re-installing lights after an exterior paint job

Description of Work: The gate on my fence needed repair. I contacted Jerry via phone, thanks to Angie's List. We agreed on a date and time. He contacted me the evening before (who does that anymore) which was very much appreciated, confirming our date and time. He is very conscientious and not out to rip you off.

Description of Work: Jerry and his team of professionals saved the day! I called him two evenings before I needed hurricane shutters put up on my home since I would be out of town for a major hurricane event. He said he was slammed with similar requests but still managed to squeeze me into his schedule.

Description of Work: The shower was leaking, was trying to contact contractor to see what would be the repair estimate.
