Description of Work: I called Jerry to do several small projects around the house. He was very responsive and called me back right away. He was very friendly and professional. I did not end up using him because my brother and a friend of his were able to perform the tasks but if I have the need for a handyman in the future I would certainly call Jerry.

Description of Work: Several projects: living room curtain rods (exact & perfect measurements) and garage lights. Jerry is very professional and personable. I will hire him again when next needed.

Description of Work: We have been searching for a good handyman for months in Fort Lauderdale and after seeing the reviews on Angies List, we scheduled to meet with Jerry. He was amazing!!! Not only was he on time, knowledgeable and friendly but it was clear he was also passionate about what he does and a true perfectionist with his work. Jerry is a simply outstanding gentleman who we will be asking to do many more projects around our home for many years to come.. His work is of a very high quality and very fairly priced. He takes his time to explain his recommendations before he goes to work and the area is spotless after he is finished.. You would be lucky to have Jerry as your handyman!

Description of Work: Handy man just did a few things in my mom's home nothing major.

Description of Work: Jerry repaired and pressure washed my fence. He also installed a new load bearing post in the walkway of my home as the one that was originally in place was rotting and not installed properly. Work was great and price was reasonable.

Description of Work: Jerry was able to unfreeze the garbage disposal but now it is broken again and I will need to replace it. Jerry was on time,very nice man but seemed scattered. He forgot he disconned the sink and left the water runniing which resulted in a small flood, after I pointed it out he cleaned up the mess.

Description of Work: I had Jerry come and recaulk the DISGUSTING caulk in my bathroom plus add a splash guard. I've been living in my condo for 10 years and the caulk was in bad shape! Jerry returned my calls, answered my questions and gave me a quote by phone. He called the day before to verify that our appt. was still on and he offered to pick up a splash guard for me at Home Depot but I wanted one that wasn't available at HD so I ordered it myself online. Jerry did a great job plus he did a few small extra things (cleaning some grout for me that I am unable to reach myself even tho that wasn't "part of the job") I thought his prices were reasonable and I am very pleased with the job. Plus he's a nice guy :) I would recommend his services and would use him again if I need a handyman!

Description of Work: Jerry is a true professional & extremely knowledgable with regard to any type of indoor or outdoor repairs. He fixed all the little annoying things that were broken in my house, such as cabinet hinges, electrical switches, & a soap dispenser. He repaired a toilet bowel, installed a new kitchen faucet, repaired some louvre doors & replaced a pantry door. He hung a valance & he repaired several holes under the eve of my roof outside. He put a wooden cabinet together without even reading the instructions! I've already hired him to pull down wall paper, paint & repair the hinges & locks on my backyard fence. He carries all the tools he'll need & is very neat, cleaning up after every job. I am so happy to have found Jerry, I tell everyone about him! Thank you Jerry!

Description of Work: We recently moved from Jacksonville to Oakland Park. Our new home is a 1957 Ranch and needed numerous "handyman" type repairs. Jerry did an outstanding job doing numerous projects for us. He is a very honest, hardworking guy who takes pride in in his work. He has been to our home many times over a two month period and we will use him again.

Description of Work: Water had leaked through the roof and had stained part of a popcorned bedroom ceiling. It also had left an unsightly patch hanging down from the ceiling. Jerry and I went to find the stuff that needed to be sprayed onto the ceiling. Jerry found it, then did a terrific job of matching the color, so the repair is all but invisible. I thought I'd have to get the whole ceiling popcorned at a cost of several hundred dollars and great inconvenience. Instead Jerry matched the ceiling color and the cost was about one-fifth of what I thought I'd have to spend. I'm a happy guy;

Description of Work: I had sliding door that needed new rollers , the house was build in 1968 so this was a old sliding door , not a easy door to fix.and the lock , we got the parts together also fix the lock , he knows what he is doing , I had some one else that came before jerryto fix the door but charge more then double , and the lock was not included, Jerry is very very reasonable and I was very pleasewith the work , he also fix a gate temporaly , This a handy men you can trust ,you don't have to worry about being riped of.I have a lot more to fix ,and jerry will be my handymen , rita patrick

Description of Work: He did an entire list, sheet rock, tape, floating, hurricane shutters, installed ac, hung a door, worked all day! Wonderful job and very considerate. I put him on speed dial... Excellent job!

Description of Work: We have hurricane impact windows but needed metal shutters for french doors & glass kitcchen door. Jerry did an excellent job, highly recommend.

Description of Work: Jerry came and replaced 2 bathroom sinks and fixtures. also replaced a light fixture on the patio and repaired several screens on windows. replaced kitchen sink faucet, caulked counter tops and repaired light panels in my kitchen. I will be using him again in the near future for other repairs.
