Great, no fuss, professional, easy to work with

Jerry arranged a time with my wife to attend to our property, and ensure he had time to do all the work we needed. He installed two toilets at our request, as well as dealt with some drainage issues, caulking etc. Both Jerry and his colleague were very pleasant, and did all the work to a high quality. When we have another list of issues that needs some attention, will definitely be calling him back.

It was a pleasure having Jerry do the odd jobs. He fixed a closet that collapsed a month after it was installed by another contractor. Jerry fixed it in a short time and showed us how it wasn’t installed correctly in the first place. I highly recommended Jerry.

Jerry arrived on time and got right to work. He is thorough and honest. I would hire again.

Jerry returned my call promptly, set up appt. at time requested, completed job perfectly. Neat, organized & efficient. I did not post amount paid, it was his 2 hour service fee(clearly explained to me prior) and parts. He even gave me receipt for supplies, which very few handymen do. I will certainly call him for future needs.

I called Jerry at the last minute because I was going out of town and hadn't realized my gate was broken. He came over as soon as he was able and did a fantastic job fixing my gate. This is a large wooden gate that had to be rehung and all new hardware added. It is now perfect and I don't have to worry about my house sitter having any problems.

Minor problem with repair of drain. Drain problem was fully resolved. All parts and labor were included in the final cost. Everything was taken care and I am fully satisfied with final results.

So we just had a "honey do" list that was longer than I wanted to tackle. Minor things like hanging mirrors , numbers for the house, shortening doors, you know, the crap you need to do but just don't want to do. So I decided we'd call Jerry. What a great guy! No bids, no questions. Booked the appointment, on the day they promised, 2 guys show up ( one being Jerry himself) they work heads down for a couple of hours. Did everything perfectly. Offered some advise on a few things, cleaned up and left. No fuss, no muss. Just an all around great experience!

Jerry and his partner did an excellent job. Great communication, which in south florida is rare, and quality work. He didn't try to extend the project to get more money since he is hourly. He did the work quickly and efficiently. He also went above and beyond because he mistakenly double booked the first day. He agree to make it up to me by working on the weekend, and even did it on his wedding anniversary which I told him was unnecessary, but he did it and never complained. I will definitely use him again. Seems fair and honest.

These guys are great. Jerry and his helper showed up and went right to work. As my soffit screens were painted by a previous painter, i ordered new ones and had them all replaced. They worked efficiently and professionally. I also had 31 highhats lights changed out to LED lights. This also went very efficently. The guys were here 1 1/2 days. I did forget to ask about my Angie's list discount. :-). I will hire Jerry again when I have work that needs to be done.

I called Friday afternoon and 1/2 hour after Jerry and his friend were at my place working already. They did not waste time and advise me on maintenance of the garbage disposal that they replaced. While one of them had to go to lowes (because there is always something missing) the other one stayed with me to help me with other small work need it around the house. They finish a little short of an hour and a half and got paid $145 including the material for $5 from Lowes. They have a minimum of 2 hours. They are respectful, hard-working men, and I would hire again if need it.

I did not get a discount. Maybe he'll give me a discount if he do another work for me. But he was good and very honest. He saved me a huge job.

Jerry charged me but fixed nothing. He recommended that I go out and get parts and then do the work myself. I called to tell him that that didn’t work. He offered to come back and fix things. He has not called or come back but managed to deposit my check immediately.

I had a very good experience with Home repair by Jerry. Jerry was very professional and neat. It was worth every single penny that I paid. He was punctual and did not waist time to make extra money. Jerry and his helper arrived on time, and did an excellent job of removing extra thick caulking I had placed there myself. Then they applied new caulking. Job was done neatly, and shower area left very clean.

I found Jerry through Angie's list 3 years ago for a small job, and when I moved to my new house, I called him again to get me set up with various jobs from setting up my backyard, to installing privacy screens, etc. He is great to work with, a true professional, and does everything with a great sense of humor so you look forward to seeing him every time. He knows what he is doing, does not over charge or draw out the work. He continues to be my 'go to' guy, so could not recommend him more.

Jerry was quick to respond , HAPPY with job.

He didn't know what materials to get,he didn't tell me, so I got plywood and that was the wrong material. At the time I was very happy with it, but plywood is not what your suppose to use, which I didn't know. Apparently he didn't know, and he should of and he should of said to me that's not what your suppose to use. He did come on time. He brought his girlfriend this is a private home, and I don't want strangers around my house.
