It went well. He removed my furiture from my patio and front entryway and pressure cleaned all areas. He reurned the next day sealed everything. He wanted to make sure I was pleased with everything, and I am very pleased. I am enjoying the beauty of it all.

What we thought would be a quick job turned into a 6 hour project. Jerry never wavered from completing this job and worked his magic to get this job done. The old mailbox was installed (cemented) in the front swale of my property but little did we know that the cement was poured over the sprinkler line. So, not only did Jerry remove this mailbox and post, he then had to repair the sprinkler line. He was a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. I'm thankful he didn't have any appointments after me as the original job shouldn't have taken more than a hour or so, but ended up taking almost 6 hours through NO fault of Jerry's. It was the mailbox from he**. Thank you Jerry for all you did that day.

arrived on time, he came with better ideas for the project (decking) , he mounted ladder outside on fence. Jerry comes up with money saving ideas.

One of the repairs that we thought might be a major expense, he took care of right away. The fence repair is scheduled for another day because we have to get the materials and rent a small backhoe. He was very professional. When he discovered that we like to travel, he shared some of his pictures with us of difference places he has been. Very pleasant man. We plan on using him for other things that come up in the future. If I could give an A+, I would!

Jerry was very responsive on the phone and even double checked our meeting time the day before, which I really appreciated. I wanted to put in new base board moulding in a rental home. He kindly walked me through the difficulties in trying to do that with any sort of cost effectiveness. I'm going to strip what currently exists. We talked about a hall closet repair and Jerry was able to help me pick out the right product and he was able to cut it to size for an extra $20.00. He did a very nice job installing the doors and also repaired some rotted base board in the closet. Overall I was completely satisfied and would definitely use Jerry again. Book in advance because Jerry's schedule is full!

Jerry got back to us right away and took care of the job quickly for us. He did a really nice job on what we needed done. Will defiantly use him again for more repairs in our home.

Asked for estimate. Told him what I wanted done. Said he charges $40.00/hr and set aside 2 days. I never knew what job would cost so I told him not to bother.

I was lucky to have reached Jerry while he was running an errand in the afternoon so he was able to meet me to perform the job about two hours later. He completed the tasks I asked him to do and I was very satisfied with the results. He worked quickly and efficiently. When we went to Home Depot to pick up the limited supplies that we needed, he knew exactly what to pick out. I was just as impressed with Jerry's high character as I was with the quality of his work. He is personable and seems very honest. When it came time for me to pay him, he only charged me for 2 hours worth of work even though I was pretty certain he had worked about 20 minutes longer than this. I felt this said something about his character. I would hire Jerry to do work for me again without hesitation.

Jerry was couteous, very professional, and punctual. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. in the future when I have work to be done I would call him without any hesitation. I feltl comfortale enough with him that next time I need any repairs I could give him a list and a key and go to work while he is in my home. I am thrilled to have found someone like him.

Jerry came to our home to do the work in mid September, he spent one day repairing the roof on our shed. Due to stormy weather and other repair obligations he was unable to return to complete the rest of the repairs until the following Saturday , September 21. 2013. Jerry brought a helper with him both days and completely rebuilt the wood shed attached to our house in two days! Jerry did an excellent job working very hard all day in the Florida heat. I highly recommend Jerry . We had asked him to repair a roof soffit on the flat roof on our addition. He inspected it he said the repair need was caused by a roof leak and he recommended we have a roofer look at it. We did and it needed a roof repair so we hired a roofer for that. Jerry is honest and will not tackle a job he is not comfortable with which I highly appreciate. Jerry is the man if you need a quality handyman.

I will definitely hire Jerry again when the need arises. His work speaks for itself and its obvious he is so much in demand.

We hired Jerry a few weeks ago to replace receivers in our Hampton Bay fans. The review is also on this site. We told Jerry we would be away for a few weeks and, if he had the time, to please build the shed for us, as well as move the sun face. When we returned from our vacation, there was the shed built and placed exactly where we asked him to place it, in addition to moving the sun face. Jerry has been a wonderful find who is professional and wonderful with whom to deal.

I called to set up an appointment for the next day but no one was available to speak with me at the time. The woman who answered the phone seemed pre-occupied with listeing to the two-way radio or something in the background. I had to ask her if she could have someone call me first thing in the morning and she finally said okay and got my number. By the time I got the call the next morning I had already contacted someone else and they were on their way. I would not call him again just because of the poor phone service.

Jerry was personable, on time very clean and went right to work. He did an excellent job performing quality work.

All went well. Jerry arrived at my home ready willing and able. Had all required tools necessary to finish all jobs on my list.

He did an awesome job! He fix everything in 7 hours because he was fast. and even gave me a suggestion (that I took it) to solve a security issue that I haven't thought about it. Next time I have something to fix in my house I will not think twice and will call him right away.

,Very well, He called the day before to confirm appt. showed up on time and did all the things on my list. Jerry is a pleasure and is very qualified to do just about everything. Would use him again without question...and so should you!

We had a problem with our shower door enclosure. Jerry was able to fit us into his very busy schedule, assisted us in finding the part needed to repair the door and repaired the door at a reasonable price and in a timely manner. Jerry is now our "go to person" when we need things done around our home. Thank you Jerry.

We called Jerry and he was the first to answer the phone without an answering machine. He was also able to come to our home within 15 minutes of the call. Just from the phone call, I was certain this was a reputable and thorough repair person and found him to EXCEED my expectation. He showed up with all his tools that he needed to remove the fans from the ceiling, remove the faulty receivers and replace them with the ones I had previously ordered to replace. He was totally organized and placed the fan parts in order for him to put it all back together. In between, kept us updated as to what he was doing. I am delighted to report the fans are working perfectly now. We have also scheduled Jerry to come back and build an outdoor plastic shed. He is my go-to guy from now on with reasonable prices, thorough and the best.....he shows up promptly.

Jerry took out the old mailbox and stand it was infested with ants and was rotten. We went to Home Depot and got the supplies to put in another mailbox and stand. Got everything done in two hours. I am very pleased with his work.

Fixed the electrical outlet on the same day that I called. Now that is great service!

Jerry, of Home Repairs, returned my call immediately and was able to come in less than 2 weeks. I have just moved into a condo and a lot of repairs need to be done. First of all, we discovered we are both long time Fort Lauderdale natives. A good beginning There are so many compliments for his services. . His professional approach to all the above chores was beyond reproach. Actually, at times, offering better solutions to problems. Jerry is a perfectionist. This I appreciate. He was at all times a gentleman, had the correct tools, enthusiastic about his work. Did not waste any time. Worked straight through until the jobs were completed. Jerry was very professional. He pointed out that the prior owner had done a poor job of wiring the circuit and warned me of the extreme fire danger the condition created. He simply did the repair and replaced the defective dimmer switch, I was very satisfied with Jerry's work.
