Jerry did a great job, he arrived on time and finished the job in less than 2 hours. I was very pleased with his work and will definitely call him again for any repairs I need. I have been ripped off with handymen in the past so it's extra nice to find one that is efficient and reasonably priced and honest. Thank you Jerry for a job well done!

EXCEEDED my expectations! As I wrote above, I called for two ceiling fans to be repaired and a GFI plug needing a change out. I was skeptical at first. A real "handyman" diagnoses then repairs, not just coming and saying "you need all new....". Jerry and Tony Lorelli (954-298-3325 954-298-3325) came in and diagnosed the remote was bad in both fans...They replaced them both. They also re-wired one fan so it is SAFE now. They fiddled around with the GFI plug that I thought was bad. The plug was not bad just a loose wire. On the way out they also put up a kitchen fixture for me and put some light bulbs in for me. It went perfectly. Jerry was punctual, pleasant, and very neat. We're looking forward to using him for other work around the house.

We had 4 things that needed repair from electrical to plumbing. Jerry arrived on time and did not leave until all of the repairs were completed. He even went to Home Depot and picked up a toilet for me. We felt hourly rate was a tad high but Jerry was worth every penny. If we any problems in the future Jerry is our man.

Jerry was here Aug 20, 2012, Sept. 17, 2012 and Sept. 19, 2012. Price varied to the job and was reasonable. He arrived on time, had everything he needed and was very professional. He always deferred to what I needed and wanted in regards to the job. I found him to be knowledgeable, and very personable. I would hire him again in the future. Jerry also removed some wood trim paneling from around the florida room walls, removed the mold, and painted the area. I did not know I had a problem until he noticed it . Great job. !!!!

Jerry responded promptly to request and followed up on the specifics of the work needing to be done. Personal and professional and offered recommendations for services that were outside his specialty. Was very efficient with his time. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend his services.

Very nice guy but work was not done well. Answers the phone a lot when working. He Had to run to Home Depot who ultimately did not have what was needed. An extra effort was made to get the right part but when received, same problem persisted. He made right on the price but there are much better handymen.

When Jerry arrived I found him to be very pleasant. He looked at the verticals and told me all that was needed to be done was to put them back on their track, which he did. Next, was the overhead fluorescent lights in the garage. They were blinking but didn't go on. He turned and tightened each bulb and now there is light in the garage. The last repair was the wooden gate on the fence. The gate was very hard to open and close and it finally fell off of the fence. Jerry explained because the posts and also several of the slats were rotted out it would be best to replace it. I decided that he was right. He built a new gate which is now back on the fence and works just fine. I will call him again for any future repairs.

Jerry came as promised at 5:30 PM on October 9 and spent two and half hours here as the job was very challenging as our old garbage disposal would not come out easy

We were able to contact him right away. He came to the house when we had arranged. He was very professional, polite and personable. He checked the problems, explained what the problem was, told us what we needed and as soon as we had bought the parts, he returned right away and replaced them quickly and efficiently without any problems. I have no problem contacting him again in the future.

Jerry never called and never showed up to do the job.

Jerry is knowledgeable. He did a great job installing the door. His prices are reasonable. He's my go to guy from now on. No need to look for another handyman.

DID GOOD JOB, PLEASANT PERSON

For a few years, Jerry has done a lot of jobs for us and is always prompt, efficient, and fair. He is very dependable, always calls beforehand to confirm our schedule, and is always on time. His work is superior and we will continue to hire him.

I needed help with this project. House is 54 years old and the pocket door installation was non-standard. Simply removing the molding didn't provide sufficient access to fix this door. I called Jerry late morning and, fortunately he had just returned hole having been rained out of an outdoor job he'd been working. He came over within the hour and assisted me to the point I was able to finish the project the next day on my own.

Jerry was on time and courteous. He explained what needed to be done. We will use him again in the future. Didn't waste time. Went to Home Depot and came back in a reasonable amount of time.

I have had to have all of his work redone. I am not sure who is writing these great reviews but he talked at least 30 mins of each hour, was very slow and had to constantly run to Home Depot to pick up one part at a time, job took two days which the people that repaired took less than 3 hours.
