Description of Work: This was a consultation and a referral from an acquaintance as I am at the contemplation stage of my project and needed to learn more about what options are available to me. Rusty was very informative, upfront/direct about costs I hadn't considered (when others I've spoken to have not been), professional, etc. In the end, I felt like he was advising me based upon what was best for me and my budget, not what was best for his business - and that I appreciated. I haven't made a decision, yet, but I will certainly call him when I need to.

+ -1 moreWe worked with a gentleman named Rusty who was the project manager. This company was extremely professional and managed every tiny aspect of the rebuild. The quality of the contraction and customer service was impeccable. They made sure that there were no construction liens on the home and returned when we needed some adjustments after moving back into the home.
Description of Work: Our family homes was destroyed in a fire and Holly Hill was recommend. The house was a shell and the entire interior, roof, and all windows were replaced.
