I’m deeply disappointed with the service I received from Hixon Pool Repair & Supply, Inc.. From start to finish, the experience was fraught with issues that have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. Firstly, the workmanship was severely lacking. The pool repairs were not only poorly executed but also showed a complete disregard for detail and quality. The craftsmanship was subpar, with several noticeable mistakes that should have been addressed by a competent professional. It's clear that the work was done hastily, and the results reflect a significant lack of skill and attention to detail. I wish I could show you pictures of the terrible cut jobs, and the broken tiles they used and did not replace. The grout and tile are hideous and will need to be done. Timeliness was another major issue. Promises of completion dates were consistently missed, with little to no communication from the company about the delays. This lack of punctuality only added to the inconvenience and frustration. What’s perhaps most disappointing is their unwillingness to address the problems. Despite repeated attempts to reach out and request corrections, Hixon Pool Repair & Supply, Inc. has been unresponsive and uncooperative. This lack of customer service and accountability is unacceptable, especially when the issues directly result from their poor workmanship. They used several broken tiles. And tried to coverup their work with white corner pieces that are also uneven and don't match. I advise anyone considering their services to think twice and look for a more reliable and professional pool company. #hixonpoolrepairandsupply

We were charged 15k to have a leak fixed in our pool, diamond brite on floor of pool and new tile installed. The leak was never fixed and we were losing a foot of water every other day. The owner caused two violations from the city that he still has not provided proof of closing. He left our yard full of construction debris that I had to hire someone to take out and he never gave us back the railing for the pool steps. He demanded an additional 3k for the job he was already paid 15k to do. Even though we already paid, I paid someone else 1k to fix the leak and lesson learned. PLEASE BELIEVE THE OTHER REVIEWS! This guy is a total con artist and rips off his clients and his subcontractors. There is most likely a lien on my property because he will not close the violations. He was the cheapest bid but I ended up with a pool that was still leaking and two open violations. If you insist on hiring him, request of proof of permits before you let him start working.

They come out every other Monday. When we need a service call they come right away and their price is fair and they are just nice people to deal with.

This was an extensive job (March to July) and the end result is good. There were some frustrations with scheduling and the details of day to day coordination, but again, the end result is good. I believe we got our money's worth, as they added a deck and totally resurfaced the pool. I'd give a B- on price, as he estimated $15,000 and the project gradually grew and grew.

It was $100+ per month, it was too much. He was some what reliable, but not always. He was expensive.

THE POOL IS ALWAYS CLEAN, SO I CAN'T COMPLAIN. I THINK THE POOL ALWAYS LOOKS GOOD. THE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY DO THE WORK ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND NICE TO ME.

I'VE USED THIS COMPANY FOR FOUR YEARS AND I'M SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE. THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. THEY DO GOOD WORK. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

THEY DO A FINE JOB. I PAY $70 A MONTH, WHICH IS FAIR FOR THE AREA. THEY COME ON A SCHEDULE AND ALWAYS COME WHEN SCHEDULED. I HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK.

I HAVE BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR THIRTY YEARS AND THEY HAVE DONE A WONDERFUL JOB EACH TIME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WITH A POOL. THEY DO A GREAT JOB.
