This company installed my hvac system 19 years ago! Still running all this time! But lately needed a blower motor in air handler so Don came and fixed it in no time at all- AND for a reasonable price too. Diagnosed the problem immediately!! I'm so happy. Use this co and you will not be sorry!I Have had issues with other companies who could NOT fix my ac problems-said they didn't know what the problem was!!! Yet my handyman fixed the problem at that time-go figure.This co is the Real Deal. After all, 19 years is a very long time!Don is the best also.I am very impressed!

I've used many Ft. Lauderdale AC companies over the last 10 years at my home and the various rental houses we own. Hill York had, by far, the most professional sales rep. and installation guys. For years, I've also had a problem with an annoying, loud, short buzzing noise in the electrical line every time the larger AC unit would come on. I and the HY rep. thought installing the new 6 ton unit would resolve the issue. When it didn't, HY brought in a top notch electrician who diagnosed the problem as a small opening in the insulation of one of the wires from the panel to the AC that was briefly shorting to the metal conduit when the compressor came on. New wiring was pulled and the buzzing sound went away. Hallelujah! It was unrelated to my AC units but Hill York took up the challenge and resolved it.
