+ -1 moreFirst - I really think Bruce knew what he was doing and would have done a great job. However, when I mentioned i thought his price was to high he immediately had an attitude and said " How do I get our of your back yard can I leave from here as I have no reason to waste anymore time with you if you feel my price is to high I have plenty of other work to do". He would not even do a proposal to justify and explain his price. He became very arrogant and left the premises. Unfortunately, for him he did not know that I own other properties that need work and my neighbor was wondering what my outcome was with Bruce as he needed the exact same work done. He lost a ton of potential jobs. I guess seeing how aloof he became before hiring him was a blessing in disguise.
