+ 0 moreHe was Supposed to give me estimates for painting and sill repairs, and was to try to have one of his “guys” Fix the electrical outlet outside, no one showed up on Saturday he said he couldn’t find the help, and when he finally gave me the estimate - because I asked again for it , he gave me an estimate of $10,000, 30% more than previous estimate I had received 6 months ago. He did work for me about a year ago, and did a very nice job, but this year He says he doesn’t do any work himself he only has his “guys” do it.
