All went very well.

It went very well. From the sales consultant (Scott),the driver (Jimmy), the crew packing and loading at my Florida home to the Allied crew here in Virginia (Victory Van Corp). The professionalism and service was outstanding. Their quote for packing, shipment, unloading and two hours unpacking plus insurance ($250 deductible) was fair. Other than one lid cracked on my towel warmer, there was no damage period. I have moved around the world twice in my USAF career. This was the most stress-free and professional move of my life. Without question. Highly recommend them. Avoid the non-national carriers. Use a national carrier when moving state-to-state.

The next day we were loaded into the 18 wheeler. The driver was an awesome packer! Amazing when we viewed our items within the trailer. At our request and due to the holiday weekend, our items were delivered a week later at our new destination. Same driver and one helper. Both were wonderful, punctual, careful, professional and friendly. I would definitely use them again. They worked 6 hrs straight, on one of the hottest days of the summer, without stopping or complaint.

I called Griffin Moving as a result of their Angie's List rating and had moved others into our new condominium complex so they knew the insurance requirements, etc. My initial contact was prompt and professional. The caller arranged a time for a moving estimator to come to our apartment, inspect the job and provide a quote for the move. I took the morning off from work so that the rep could come as soon as possible. The morning of the appointment, the representative called (as I was told he would) called a half hour before he was to arrive. And to my astonishment he was calling to confirm that the move was for a one bedroom apartment, and wanted to know if im"really needed him to come to see the exact pieces to move, or he could give me the estimate over the phone"?!!!! I was shocked, mad and appalled.......I told him not to worry, I didn't Ned his quote, since I wouldn't be using Griffin Moving any time soon.amazing!!!!

A huge thank you to Griffin Moving for the excellent professional service they offered during our recent move. Roosevelt, Joey and Mike were punctual, careful, and polite. They left everything in place and organized. There were no nicks, scratches or bumps on any of the furniture or the walls. We were extremely impressed and pleased. We highly recommend them. We got 3 estimates and their price was very reasonable.

Everything went very well. They're very good; I received everything. I had no problems.

The truck driver and his crew were very careful in their packing. They were courteous, professional and answered all of my questions while working very diligently. I would hire them without hesitation. There was some problem with the assembling of my desk, however, Allied did respond and handled it within a reasonable time. The crew in Conroe were also very diligent and very careful in the unpacking I would give the movers an excellent rating.

We were in touch regularly leading up to the move. They always got back to me with answers to my questions, were flexible as the moving dates changed a couple of times, and were great on the moving dates. On the packing day they were on time. Three men to prep and pack, quiet clean and fast but not reckless. Another crew came an hour later to load the truck. Clean, fast and polite. A third crew delivered the load. Arrived early, staged the area independently on a busy Manhattan street, and was out of the elevator building in a couple of hours. As low maintenance as can be. We are using them for another move. I've moved more than a dozen times in as many years, and they are among the best.

They showed up 2.5 hours late with someone elses stuff on the moving truck. That evening they said that there was too much stuff on the truck to fit all our stuff. They promised us that we would be able to move to Dallas the next morning. They told us at 11pm that night that there was too much stuff on the truck (including someone else things on the truck), but they would be able to get a truck here at 8am this morning to finish this move. At 9:30 this morning, I spoke with the owner and he said he didn't have anyone to dispatch. So now, we have no idea when they will be able to help us move. We're styaing in a hotel and paying extra every day because they have not been abel to fulfill their promise to us.

Overall it went very well.

My mother indicated that this was the best moving experience of her life. The men were courteous, professional, and efficient. They went above-and-beyond in taking care of every detail -- the handling of the furniture (including an antique China display cabinet), the assembling of items like beds and dressers, and the cleaning of items as they placed them in the new location. They even went as far as using window cleaner on the glass top of a large antique desk. My mother would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them highly to family and friends.

IT WAS A VERY POSITIVE EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE DELICATE WITH OUR THINGS. THEY PACKED EVERYTHING UP VERY WELL. THEY GOT OUR THINGS TO THEIR DESTINATION ON TIME.
