Great service. Arrived slightly early and continued until the work was completed. Did a good job and was very pleasant. No pressure to do additional work.

It was fine. The thing is, when he came out to survey my pool enclosure, he said that it was actually bigger than what was quoted on Angie's List and that there was going to be an additional cost. I basically told him where not to clean. He did a good job. Therefore, there was an additional fee for that. The cost was $144. That's all I paid. I wasn't going to pay more money for him to go the extra square footage and charge me another $50 to $70. I wasn't going to do that. They were pressure washing. I just said, "When you get to this point, don't pressure wash." I called him and he scheduled me. It took two weeks to get in the schedule. He came when he said he was going to come. The only thing is, a lot of times when prices are quoted, it's for a specific dimension and then usually what happens is, you fall outside of that dimension. So then, the cost that you thought was what you're going to pay is really not what you're going to pay. I think I over-paid but I'm not sure. That's just my gut. So, I think I would shop it and see how it compares. If I shopped it and I saw that it was a fair price then I would probably go back.

He was very nice but was not able to perform the service I requested. It was out of his realm of expertise.... I do appreciate his honesty about it. I would hire him for painting but not for brick staining.

Very timely and very informative and thorough.

Was at the residence with one other worker for 4 hours of work. Moved plants around in pots to avoid damage- all areas look new and clean. Came quickly do to a family emergency on customers part to get the job completed. I am so thankful for the good job and the kindness shown when you are hit with traumatic problems.

First Greg responded immediately to my Angie's List questions. Then he went to the house to survey what I needed and gave me a full verbal report on what my options were. He showed up the next day and did the work, then texted me photos to show what he had done. I couldn't believe it was the same house! He was very thorough and conscientious. I met Greg and gave him a check and he was such a nice person. What a great experience. Highly recommend!

Good job, considering there was build-up over the years in the grout. Appearance is much improved.

No problems with work, everything looks very good.

Greg sprayed a bleach and water solution on the areas and followed with scrubbing with a brush. He rinsed the area and then used a huge floor scrubber over the areas. Then he sprayed the enclosed screens and 20 years of mildew and dirt fell away. He used water from inside his truck and I was impressed. I had only seen pressure cleaning done with a long wane and the person with a tennis ball under arm and the water from my house. He was here about two hours and finished just before the rain strarted. I am so glad I had Greg do the job and would hire him again in the futrure. He was informative, friendly,professional, efficient, and respectful. One overhead screen did come loose and I will have my handymen secure it back in place.

Everything went well with the company and they were very pleasant. I miscalculated the total area that needed the service and when they calculated during the estimate visit then it turned out to be well above what I could afford since it turned out to be a much bigger area. My review of the company is excellent, but I can't afford everything that I need at this time and that's why I'm asking for the refund.

It went very well. In spite of difficulties caused by the heavy rain this summer, Greg hung in there and checked every day to see if it was dry enough to work. All went well.

Greg and his assistant David have painted and done work around our home for over 15 years. They are excellent, extremely trustworthy, and very professional. Their pricing also is very fair. They have also done a number of other jobs that we referred them We will be some more projects at our home soon, and I will call them once again

At first it looked like a good job even though I was disappointed that the paint used had no luster to it. Because I'm in the process of doing renovations on the house, after the job was done it was pointed out to me that there were quite a few boards that should had been replaced before painting. He changed only the ones that I was aware of (2) and asked him to do so. He should never had painted over rotten wood or used the cheapest type of paint. I ended paying a lot more than the advertise special for a mediocre job.

Overall, I'd give it a B+. I had them do some additional work and I think they are on the higher end of pricing.

Greg showed up as scheduled for the cleaning and since the results were great, while he was here, we negotiated on the spot and I had him clean my gutter exteriors and my pool deck. He is professional, easy to do business with and has fair prices. I was please with Greg and his services and would use him again in the future and would also recommend him to others. I took before and after photos but there is no place for me to share within this review.

Purchased angies list deal and they came out to do the work within 2 days. Good job, good price.
