Work completed as agreed to. Some additional areas cleaned that were outside original square footage purchased thru Angie's list. Overall the cost was a bit more expensive then other companies used in past but overAll happy with results.

It went really well. Greg's team showed up on time and did a great job on the project. The pavers looks brand new again. They did a great job cleaning up after the job was done as well which is really critical. If you've ever pressured cleaned, you know that all mud/dirt in between the pavers spray everywhere. It's like they were never hear except for the new looking pavers!

Greg did an excellent job. House looks so much better.

Greg Raptoulis, the boss, called me and set up an appt.for Dec.5th. He told me he would call when it was closer to the day and set up a time. I was grateful he gave me an 11pm-1pm arrival time and a 2day heads up because I had time to organize and move everything off the patio. Dave showed up right on time, asked me if I had any concerns ( I did. I didn't want him to do the walls for fear it would take off the stucco.) He assured me I would be happy and he was so right. It went very well. He made an appointment on a day I selected. They called earlier to see if they could come a day earlier. I said yes and they arrived promptly. They worked efficiently and were done in no time.

I waited too long to contact Greg to have this done before thanksgiving but he got me in soon after. After extending myself financially to bring family from out of state, i was strapped as far as doing more than the original square footage. When Greg was about done he was noticing how the rest of the driveway looked pretty poor in comparison to what i was able to afford to have done. He kind of shook his head and said "I can't leave your driveway 1/2 done. No additional charge, I'm going to finish it up" That's not something i've seen a whole lot of in S. FL, here's a man who takes pride in his work. Definitely will call him again when my concrete develops that slippery mold.

Certain spots on the patio did not come up as clean as most most of the areas may need a commercial grade machine to clean.

Great job. We dealt directly with owner, Greg. Got an estimate and work started on time. We had weather delays but Greg kept in touch daily to let us know when they would complete work. The work was done in a meticulous way, the fence looks brand new, house and patio look freshly painted . Greg and his employee have an awesome attitude and we would definitely hire them again. Got a letter from my HOA informing me that the driveway/sidewalks needed to be cleaned. Called Greg up and he was at the house in ~2 hours and did a solid job cleaning both the driveway/sidewalk. Quick, professional and a pleasure to work with.

Communication with Greg was very good. He contacted me shortly after I made the purchase through Angie's List. Later, he confirmed the appointment in advance, showed up on time, and did a great job. Our patio, driveway, walkway and sidewalk are sparkling clean.

Greg was very easy to work with. I called and was able to schedule my work for the next day. They came and pressure cleaned my front sidewalks, the cap of my seawall, the sidewalks around my pool area, the pool area. The areas they pressure cleaned look great! I would definitely use them again!

I recently purchased a townhome with a screened-in patio. It was gross...leaves, dirt, lizards lol. The service provided was excellent! The entire patio area was pressure cleaned including the screens and the floor. When it was done it looked brand new. Now I can actually step foot out there to enjoy it. Oh and did I mention how friendly Greg and his staff are??? I was able to get a same day appointment for a great price. Will definitely use them again!

We chatted the day before the work was to be done and decided on an early time to meet; 8:15a.m., prior to my leaving for work. By the time I arrived at 8:15, they had already started pressure cleaning the first awning. I was very impressed with the company and how they worked. I'd recommend them in a flash!!

We need to have another Ratings choice....if I could I would give Greg an A+. Yes, he was professional, yes, he was punctual, yes, he was responsive but even better, his quality of work was a step above excellent. My driveway and sidewalk haven't been cleaned in probably 10 years. And I have six 30' traveler palms that drop their gel-like "mucus" everywhere. So a ten year buildup of that plus dirt and automotive oil, well, you can imagine how awful it looked. When I got home, after Greg did his magic, I couldn't believe how good it looked. I think it actually added value to my home! Thanks, Greg, I'll be calling you again to do my backyard pool deck and brick wall.

don't use this guy he quotes one price after you talk he says you didn't talk about this and this so then he drops another price on you big talker but hes a crook big time talks out the corner of his mouth don't trust him for anything

Everything looks fantastic! We had some rain and travel delays, but Greg did the work while we were out of town. What a delight to come home to a beautifully repainted deck area and clean spotless walkway!

my dock was a liability , i called and they came to the house . I live in NY so i trust Angies list to get me reliable people. Greg called me from my home and sent pictures of the dock and an idea not to use wood but to use Composite decking. He gave me prices for each option and i chose composite w a 25 yr warranty. Much better then wood which would rot again My tenant called me thrilled even before thee dock was 100% done Greg sent me pictures of the dock , and i know i increased value and safety of my property!! Great job at a good price.
