They were unable to do the service due to the fact we are on the 10th floor. But they were flexible and offered to use the funds toward something else. We decided to get a refund.

He was great. He was a pleasant fellow and came out quickly.

Greg came out and gave us an estimate for the pressure cleaning and sealing of the driveway and pool deck. When we had the travertine pool deck installed a couple of years ago, we were told that if we sealed it, it would take on a darker, richer color and help with slipperiness. Greg told my husband he did not believe the color would change (our primary goal in sealing). He took a piece of the travertine home and sealed it, brought it back and showed my husband that there was no real difference in color--we decided not to seal it, saving almost $2000. We were very pleased that he took the time to show us what it would look like and, essentially, talked us out of it! The work was done in the time promised and we are very pleased with the sealed driveway (which did change color a bit with the sealing). The patio is now clean and free from mold. We will definitely call Greg when we need to do this again!

I placed my order for the "Big Deal" on the afternoon of May 2nd. I got a call that evening from Greg to make an appointment to come to do the work. "How about tomorrow?" he asked. "Great!" So, the next day Greg arrives on time, and he and his assistant do the job. The patios to be cleaned had not been cleaned in years and were badly stained with mold/mildew. I really questioned if they would come clean. But clean they came. I could not have been more pleased. The areas I had cleaned were more in square footage than allowed in the deal but Greg said he would do the additional square footage over the 800 sg ft amount for a dime a square foot. That made it an easy decision to do all the areas I needed done. I highly recommend Greg. The quality of his work is up there at the top, his price is beyond reasonable, he is on time and last but not least, he is a great guy - as is his assistant. I need this type of work again, and he will be the only one I call. And I will also give him consideration as a painter as thorough and as good as he did the cleaning.

Greg went above and beyond of what I expected. He covered all contracted areas and add some nice extras like in doing the city sidewalk in front of the house, small deck we had and diving board. He was courteous and professional at all times. Greg's Custom Painting & Pressure Cleaning made my house look like the after pictures in his ads.

Overall, Greg and Dave did an exceptional job. They were very professional and on time each day. Both took pride in what they did. That is tough to find these days. We were able to discuss various options throughout the process and made several changes as we went. The price was more than fair. I would and have recommended Greg's Custom Painting to friends in the area. The quality of the work was amazing.

Again, it was a fantastic job. Greg called me immediately afterwards to check on the results. I told him the results were great.

Greg was even more responsive than I expected. Within a couple of hours of my call he was able to give me an estimate. When i asked for a revised estimate he called back within 15 minutes. His proposed price was fair. He showed up as promised and completed the project in an efficient, professional manner.

Greg was very knowledgable and friendly. I got more than I expected for the money spent. Use him everytime! He paints too and with his attention to detail he will be the only one I call.
