I bought a deal on Angie's list, but my sq. feet was more than what was included in deal, so I paid $40 extra. But he arrived on time as promised and did a good job. I would use him again.

Greg is the ultimate in reliability and quality of work. From the first call for an estimate, his communicate was great and he always showed up as promised. He knew exactly what products to use in each job and the end result was a good as anyone could expect. He's a pleasure to deal with in all respects, and we give him the highest ratings in each category. Would we use him again, absolutely. He's a very expert painter, and his year in a top-flight art school makes that easy to understand.

It was fine I just had the sidewalk pressure cleaned. That's all. They came out the same day of me purchasing the deal and I wasn't charged anything extra. It turned out nicely when they were finished.

Greg is a great guy. He was able to schedule quickly, came on time, got the job done quickly and was very very personable. We bought a 12 year old house which was poorly maintained over the years by the previous owner. Greg was able to work magic on the old pavers and make it look almost new. There is only one area which still shows very faint traces of rust stains but it is almost unnoticeable. He explained that he did not want to over treat that area for fear of damaging the pavers. Overall the driveway looks great now and we are now compliant with our homeowners association. I realize that the big deal we bought could not possibly not create any profit for Greg in the one visit, but I am pleased to say that we would gladly refer people to him because he was that good. Additionally, Greg is definitely who we will call or all future pressure washing needs.

Greg came on the same day I called to give estimate . He and his assistant David were back the next morning promptly at 8 am for the first part which was the pressure cleaning. David was great! He moved furniture around as needed never needing me at all. Due to rainy weather we had to wait a few days before sealing could be done. As soon as we had a clear day, David was back to seal! I recommend this company to anyone & would definitely use them again.

Greg did an excellent job. We had received a notice from our homeowner's association asking us to clean the roof as well as the driveway. We called Greg based on his Angie's List reviews. He came out the next day and gave us a very fair price. He was able to delineate all the different things and services that need to be completed and listed separate prices for each of them. We initially agreed to have the roof and house pressure cleaned as well as the driveway. He did this within a few days of the initial call and the job was done extremely well and professionally. Seeing that he did a great job, we decided to put sealant down on the paver as well. We had to wait a few days to get the rain to stop, but once it cleared, Greg came right out and got the job done. The house and driveway both look great. Greg's demeanor is very calm and professional, and he is very easy to work with. His communication style is outstanding and I would highly recommend him to anyone. It the need were to rise, we would be more than happy to use him again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. The patio came out nice and clean so they did a nice job in that respect. It ended up being quite a bit more than the original price. They changed me $80 difference. I felt that for over $200 I could have probably called anybody. He asked if I wanted the screening sprayed and I was busy with other things and it didn't need to be done so I said no. He didn't try to upsell me and ask if I wanted the furniture sprayed. Had he asked and if the price was reasonable I would have had that done. I thought it was foolish of him not to try to do an upsell of the sidewalk in front of the house and the furniture. They did need to be done and a homeowner doesn't always think of all of these things. What he did, he did well. I don't know if I would use them again. I usually have the roof doing at the same time as the patio.

I had bought the big-deal to have my pool area pressured cleaned. I thought he would take one look at all the weeds growing up between my pavers and say "No way can I do all that for this price." He never even BLINKED. He just got to work with his helper and a few hours later my pool area looked better than the day they first put the pavers in. I was so impressed I had him do my drive-way and the walk in front of my house. They also came out looking A-1. For a small (but very reasonable) additional fee. If anyone I know needs something pressure cleaned this is who I recommend. This is my guy for that. As soon as I'm ready to have my house painted I'll call him for that too.

They are very good. We ended up having to pay more but we have more service. They did a very good job.

It went real well. His crew came one day and moved all our patio furniture off the pool area. Then cleaned off the pavers. Removing some built on stains. Although he was going to come back the next day to seal it, it rained that night. So he had to wait one more day to make sure the pavers were dry. He was very polite and professional.

I bought the "big deal" and within a few days I received a call from Gregg to schedule an appointment. He arrived on time and explained the whole process to me and proceeded to clean my paver stones. My back yard hadn't been done in years and were stained with mold and mildew but they came out beautiful. I would highly recommend Gregg to all, his prices are reasonable and the quality of his work is wonderful! When I am ready to have my house painted, I will definitely consider using him.

I utilized an Angie's List "Big Deal" offer partly because it seemed to be a good deal and partly because it involved Gregg. I hired Gregg earlier this year to pressure clean our driveway and walkway. He did a good job both times. Gregg shows you when he says he will and does the job right. As a bonus, Gregg also offers articulate and interesting conversation.

Could not have gone any better. Greg and David were absolutely fabulous in performing their work. Even though my home is smaller compared to my neighbors, I have a large area of chicago brick decking that completely surrounds the house and pool/spa area. It had become seriously covered by mold over the past few years. When they were complete, the bricks looked (and still do) as good as the day they were installed. I was thoroughly pleased by their work, cleanup and, most importantly, results. I would use them again and I would recommend them strongly to anyone in need of this type of work.

Our roof looks the best it has looked in all the pressure washing we have had done in the 8 years we have lived in our house. It's amazing! Pressure washing was continued on the front of the house and entry way. Greg repaired a part of our front door casing and painted our front door. On the back of our house, we had numerous cracks in the stucco and some chips in areas that were causing serious problems. We also had a problematic leak over our breakfast nook that we had struggled to repair for years. Greg's team did the repairs, sealed the cracks, using a sealer, then primer and the paint on top. It looks terrific and so far no leaks in this rainy weather! We will definitely use Greg again -- we have to plan out (and save for) doing the rest of the house because we know that it will be a bit more costly to repair the problems that are similar, but not as obvious or bad, that were on the back side of the house. Paver stones had significant algae, mold and plant growth between stones.
