Greg called to tell me that the square footage of my patio was about 1200 ft.². The deal I paid for was up to 500 ft.². I am a schoolteacher and this summer is very tight financially, so Greg told me to contact you for a refund, and gave me instructions to do it myself. I will definitely be contacting this vendor in the future..... What great character to do what he did! I was expecting to have lost on this deal. Thank you Greg, thank you Angie's List!

He did a great job. Even moved the HEAVY exercise equipment to make sure he got what was underneath. NOBODY has ever done that! Very professional.

I called Greg about a pool deck project. What we were asking Greg to perform was not an area that he specialities, however, he provided the name of another company that may be able to assist us. I found Greg to be very honest and willing to provider us some insight concerning our job. If we do not go with the original project as planned, we will call Greg to perform the services that he specializes in concerning the deck project.

They did a really good job and they did everything perfectly. I just sent them the money and they took care of everything. I never met them. They just showed up to my house and then I came home and everything was perfectly clean. They moved all my potted plants and everything. They were very professional and good. They also had the best price. I would definitely use them again in the future.

He's great! The initial consultation has been helpful (we discovered mold) and I'm looking forward to the job being finished.

They arrived on time and completed the job with little to no supervision. My only observation was the dirt in the pool from the cleaning, the power washing displaced the sand between the pavers and ended up causing a mess in the pool. Probably not much they could have done to prevent this from happening.

Greg responded the same day that I purchased the Angie's List deal, we spoke the next day and arranged for services on the date I was hoping for. They were punctual, professional, and polite. The work was outstanding, no hidden charges, explained everything up front. Once again, Angieslist directed us to a professional person. Greg and his helper, David arrived on time, after calling to say he was on his way. The paint job on the new fence was a perfect match with that of the house. He is a good conversationalist and my wife and I enjoyed that also. We would recommend Greg without hesitation.

The day before Greg was slated to start he called to confirm and arrived on time. He moved all of our furniture, plants and barbeque off the patio and into our back yard so it would not get dirty or damaged. He and his assistant were friendly, professional and worked non-stop. He pressure cleaned our entire deck area around our pool and the concrete walkway that we have on both sides of the house. Greg told us he wanted the concrete to be completely dry before applying the stain so we would need to wait two to three days. Prior to leaving after the pressure cleaning he left a color swatches and suggested a color which would match well with the paint on our house. Today he finished the job and it looks fantastic! I will definitely use him again.

It was good and he did a good job. It turned out to be a little bit more than I had expected because he thought that my pool was a little bit bigger than the deal. So it added $100 but the job he did overall was good. The work was done fast.

I booked the deal. Greg and I spoke over the phone to arrange the day. He showed up this morning and was very nice but when I told him that he would be washing our roof and driveway, he said "the $111 deal does not include roofs. I'm really sorry but you can call Angie's List and get a refund, I think". He offered to do the job at their rate which was much more expensive than some of the other quotes I had received prior to booking the Angie's List deal.

I called them on Wednesday. They came out the next day and did a great job! They got me out of a jam. I really appreciate their hard work. They showed up on time.

Greg arrived right on time and worked quickly and diligently until everything was done. He cleaned up after himself and left the place looking very clean. I would definitely recommend him and would hire him again.

When I originally purchased the "special", 1,100 sq ft of patio pressure cleaned for $144, I was directed to choose three dates/times. I choose Mon, Tue or Wed morning. When I finally got in contact with Greg, he was going to come on Thur or Fri (we are having this done for a party on Friday). He agreed to Thursday morning, and that is when he showed up and promptly went to work. My patio is 30 x 60 with a 15 x 30 swimming pool in the middle of it. I don't know how many square feet that accounts for, but before he started Greg informed me that it would be an additional $300 because of the excess square footage. By this time it was too late to shop the price around. The job was done in 1/2 day, and very nicely. They replaced the furniture and other stuff. We are ready for the party, but . . . well, the additional $300 was not a welcome surprise.

We received three quotes to compare pressure cleaning the roof from different companies on Angie's List. They quoted us $250-285. Greg came out and met with my husband. He quoted my husband $500 for pressure cleaning the roof alone (double what two other companies quoted) and said if we wanted pressure cleaning and painting that it would be $5,900!! We have a 2,400sqft one story home...that's a bit outrageous! I'm sure he does great work based on his reviews. Just do your homework before choosing a company.

I took his Angies List special for Patio and Screen enclosure. A true professional, him and his crew showed up on time and he did an amazing job. I also had him preassure was other parts of the house. He will definately work for me again.
