Perfect, nothing to complain about. Wes and Shayne were both very professional and cordial. They took their time and went over every minute detail, no question was too much. We'll definitely use their services again and can highly recommend this company. It was a delight to experience good old workmanship again. I got 2 estimates and this one was by far better. He even offered to polish our granite countertops for free.

Excellent. My house had been rented for 5 years and the floors were so dull and beyond description. I thought there was no solution... I called several providers for quotes but I was very impressed by Wes and his responsiveness. Also, his flexibility with my crazy work schedule. The job took two days and the results were impressive. It exceeded my expectations.

If you want your floors done right, call Great Finishes! I decided to go with this company for my terrazzo restoration after obtaining estimates from at least 4 other companies because I wanted to make sure that this job was done right. In my previous residence, I'd had a terrazzo restoration done and it had proven to be expensive and mediocre. Not so with this company! I was most impressed with the excellence and pride of craftsmanship that Wes and Shane put into their efforts; they are not just professionals but artisans. For instance, their work continued after dusk and there were some areas of irregularity in the floor that they noticed and repaired without my asking them to. They were also trustworthy, since I could not remain at my home all day due to my work schedule. In short, I am pleased to add myself to the list of satisfied customers and say that these guys really did the best possible job and the floors look resplendent. Great Finishes did a terrific job! Wes was punctual, professional, and very concerned with my satisfaction. My floors look great! Wes even called after the fact to make sure that I was happy with his work. When I told him there was one minor area that I wanted him to fix, he said he would be over to look at it within a few days and that he would make sure it was fixed to my satisfaction. The travertine and marble floors in our home had been installed new over the past 5 years. My wife was concerned that the floors had lost their luster. She thought the floors were dull, and was disturbed by the surface scratches and chips in the travertine. I contacted three companies from Angie's List for quotes. Wes came out and reviewed the scope of the job with us and prepared a detailed proposal for the job. I wasn't sure of what to expect when Wes and his assistant started the job. I didn't think the floors were that bad. I was shocked by how good the floors came out. I feel they look better now than when they were installed. Wes and his assistant worked so well together and seem to genuinely care about the job. They were determined that there would no question whether we would be satisfied with the job. They had an extraordinary attitude and professionalism that you don't get to see often anymore. Without hesitation, I would recommend Wes and Great Finishes to anyone looking to resurface or service natural stone floors and countertops.

We have just purchased the house and are preparing to move in. The marble floors were very dull and would not come clean not matter how many times it was washed and/or steamed. I called Wes for an estimate who made an appointment for that same day. Not only did he show up at the time promised, he was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about the work that he does. We knew immediately that Great Finishes and Wes was going to get the job even before the other estimates would arrive. On the day of services, Wes and helper showed up at the exact time scheduled and immediately went to work. The rooms were prepared to protect the cabinets and adjacent wook flooring. The remainder of the day was spent restoring the floors with multiple levels of diamond grinding and polishing. The process was amazing to watch as I could see the transformation of the approximately 1000 sq ft of marble flooring. They returned the next day (on-time) after allowing the floors to completely dry before applying the final solution, repaired multiple holes in the natural stone, and final polishing. The results were incredible and the house feels like brand new. Before leaving, Wes even sealed the granite countertops and then explained how to care for the floors to better extend the brilliance and protect, and to make sure that we were completely satisfied with the end results. The bottom-line, it was incredible refreshing to meet someone that took so much pride in his work. Living in South Florida can be extremely frustrating when looking for contractors of all kinds which we need badly for our new home. Wes has proven that there are still some honest, professional, hard-working, considerate individuals out there who have a passion in what they do and have concern for customer satisfaction. I wish that I could clone Wes to do the many other things that need to be done at this house. Thank you Wes for an amazing experience and look forward to having you return in the future!

We have travertine Marble floors that were in need of a major restoration. Our marble had no shine it was dull and had many holes. We met with three different companies and after meeting Wes of Great Finishes we looked no further. He met us for a quote the same day we called him. He was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of our questions and was reasonably priced. Yesterday he completed our floor and all I could say is wow!! Our floors look amazing, I'm so happy we chose Great Finishes. I want to thank Wes and his team for the stellar workmanship. :)

Wes is FANTASTIC - also my Hero! When we moved into our townhouse last year - I kept saying I wanted to have the horrible marble vanity tops refinished in the bathrooms (they felt like sandpaper to the touch - ugh) - but - just didn't get around to it until this week (we have relatives coming to visit for the holidays - nuff said). In any case - Wes did an amazing job! He was very professional and extremely sincere in regards to doing a good job - as well as cleaning up any mess. When he was finished - all of our counter tops looked (and felt) like glass!!! Wes was also very considerate of our cats (which I greatly appreciated) because they were totally freaked out with a stranger in the house. Wes Clark was a delight to work with. Very professional, prompt in getting back to me for a walkthrough and a quote, and always punctual. He honestly CARES about his work, and wants his customers to be 100% satisfied - a rarity in South Florida. After the major cleaning was done, we walked through the areas, saw little spots that weren't "perfect", and he was down on hands and knees to bring them up to perfection. I needed my floors done immediately. My new furniture and rugs were arriving in two days. My new rugs were smaller than the original ones and you could see the difference in color between the areas that were under the rugs. It looked awful! I called around contractors and home maintenance companies. They tried to clean the floor but were unsuccessful. Out of desperation I went to Angie's list and found Great Finishes, Inc. I was impressed with the high rating of the company. But more so with Wes prompt response and willingness to help me with such an impossible deadline. He was here the same day to give me an estimate and began working the next day. He came all the way to Key Largo from Ft. Lauderdale. He worked on my floors until you could not see where the rugs had been before. It was as if I had brand new floors! He was very professional, pleasant, and accommodating, a rare but refreshing combination. I was so pleased with his work that he is coming back to do the rest of the travertine floors around my house. He is someone I would recommend highly to do your job. You will not be disappointed!

I contacted a few contractors before meeting Wes from Great Finishes. My criteria for review was not simply price. Because my floors receive so much traffic and have really been ignored, I wanted someone that was not only knowledgeable but very conscientious. My home is not only my castle, it's very much a reflection of me! Anyway, Wes arrived quite promptly, actually a little early which was not only a pleasant surprise but quite refreshing. (Don't even ask me about the lost weekend and Comcast!!) Anyway, Wes reviewed my home, listened to my needs and expectations and then thoroughly explained the process, time lines etc. I asked that he submit his proposal via email. Later the same day I received the proposal and a follow up phone call. We agreed to have the job begin a few days later. Wes arrived at the appointed time and personally conducted the work. He carefully moved and relocated my furniture. I had already removed many of the accessories. The job took 3 days. There was tremendous attention to detail. Wes is very professional but also quite personable. Because I too have owned high end home services, my expectations for service, quality and care tend to be grounded in OCD traits, I seek others that appreciate the same attention to detail and customer care. I am thoroughly thrilled and will readily recommend Great Finishes to anyone seeking high quality marble care and refinishing services for a reasonable price.
