Description of Work: This is one the best companies I have ever dealt with Angie’s list. West the owner of Great Finishes arrived at my house on Sunday to give a quote on my Marble floors. I had a flood in the kitchen and was told, because of the water stains I would have to replace the floor. Cost $28,000. Well, West looked at the floor stated I think I can save your floor, and saved he did, the marble looks as good as new - cost $1200.00. West could had said no let me quote you a new floor, but he was honest and forthright . My floors are beautiful. I also ask do I need the rest of the marble in my house polished, he said know not yet, he said probably In a year. Needless to say he is my marble man - Thankyou for a job well down

Description of Work: I have a huge kitchen Island with a marble top that requires maintenance sue to several water and acid stains. Now, it looks like new. scheduling was not great but I was not in a hurry neither. I will recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: We had the marble floors polished in our new house--the floors look new after Wes and his crew completed the project. He was responsive, punctual and worked to make sure we were happy with the final product. I will def consider again in the future and recommend to friends/family.

Description of Work: They did great. Wes always answers the call and is available to talk. |They showed up exactly when scheduled and performed more than we had agreed to tackle for that day. They cleaned up did an excellent job and we will use them in the future for additional projects.

Description of Work: Polished marble floors, walls and countertop in 3 bathrooms. |It took Wes quite a while to get to my job. Once he did, the tops came out great, floors good and walls in shower were disappointing. He said he would go back to redo the shower but has not done so yet.

Description of Work: Stop reading this and hire these folks now! If you're still reading, here is my experience with Wes at Great Finishes, Inc. 1) He called promptly after I submitted the request. 2) He came over the same day in the afternoon. 3) He educated me on the type of flooring that I inherited with the property. 4) He was professional throughout the entire meeting and project. 5) He gave me a ballpark number based on his measurements on the spot and followed up with a formal itemized quote that came in within single digits of the ballpark. 6) He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with his work and service by touching up and cleaning other surfaces that weren't up to his high standards. 7) Came in to do the work which he estimated may run into a second day and came in early to get it done in one day for me since he knew I was on a schedule to show the property to potential tenants. More on that later. 8) Knew that I wouldn't be able to see the work immediately and called me to tell me it came out great and I will love it (he was right and I wasn't the only one). 9) I always ask contractors and vendors for their best price, but I also tell them to make it a fair price because I know this is how they make their living and long term, fair prices for services are what make better markets for everyone involved. Wes wasn't the most expensive, and he wasn't the least expensive quote I received out of 3. He was pretty close to the least expensive though. It was a no-brainer to hire these folks. Still reading this and haven't hired these guys, yet? Regarding those tenants. I showed the units to potential tenants the next day (thanks to Wes I had an extra day to make sure the place was model home standard) and I had paid applications submitted on the spot and both units were rented within 24 hours. Seriously?! Stop reading, start hiring.

Description of Work: They fixed part of the marble floor that was not done properly by the original installer.
