He checked my roof and told me what I needed to do and how he was going to fix it. I thanked him for his prompt and detailed information that he provided me.

I obtained several bids for this project. Bob was the fastest at providing the bid and the fastest to respond to questions and adjust the bid. He was very willing to work with me on contracting (I am picky about contract terms!). As a bonus, he happened to be the least expense of the bids I obtained. I was concerned about if he knew local codes and if he would be responsive, since he was coming from Broward County...but - happily, I found he is in Palm Beach County alot and he worked through this project in a very timely manner. The city inspector told me he was impressed with Bob too! Now, it turned out that we had a misunderstanding regarding the color of the flashing and I now think it was my mistake. He fixed this at no charge AFTER the flashing was already installed. There was significant wood rot in this roof (I purchased it out of foreclosure and the house had been neglected). 95% of Bob's wood rot repairs looked good to me (yes, I crawled through the attic and looked at these repairs after he was done and after we had final sign-off by the city inspector). However, I did not like one of the repairs...and I showed it to Bob. Without questioning, he came up on the weekend and fixed it and did a nice job. I found Bob to be honest, knowledgeable, timely, and a pleasure to deal with. I work with alot of contractors....so this comment carries some weight!

Very good experience. Work was completed as contracted, team was very professional and did a good job cleaning up. Received several positive comments from neighbors on the finished product. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a new roof or roof work. Work was contracted for in December 2007 and completed in February 2007.

THEY DID A GREAT JOB, WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, and GAVE US AN ACCURATE PRICE QUOTE. THEY STAYED FOCUSED ON THE JOB and GOT THE JOB DONE ON SCHEDULE. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
